Over all solid gym. Just with the guest pass if someone is under 18 they need a parent there with them. But if they bought a membership they wouldn’t? Does that make sense to you? No me nether. To me it’s like at lease be consistent.

There are always fights in the baseball court, people don’t take locks in the locker room. Don’t go at night just ghetto. Then there are a ton of people just standing not working out like if this was the YMCA after school program. It used to be nice when it opened but now it’s going down hill. When I pointed to management how bad it was getting I was told that they would talk to management and nothing had been done. Next time, I witness another fight I’m calling the cops.UPDATE (03/01/2023) 24 hours up and no response from “the owner” 9 hours ago they responded to a 2-star I guess safety is not a concern at Vasa.Ok what’s your name I can stop by I live down the street. Ok not putting my email out for all to see.

If you can go to this place during off hours, its great and an incredible value. If not, I'd find another gym. It really isn't worth dealing with the crowd and waiting for all of the equipment. Parking lot is crazy, I heard someone got hit walking in it. Always hard to find a spot during peak hours. Equipment is new and nice, but again that's only if you get to use it.

I just joined this club about a month ago and so far I really like it. Not only is there a wide range of equipment, there is a basketball court, pool, hot tub, sauna, hydromassage, just to name a few amenities. The club is clean and the staff is super friendly. The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is because of their kid's club policy. I am a single mother so my children are split between households. Both their father and I pay two separate kids club memberships. If the kids club is my kid's memberships why do we each have to pay for them. That basically means my kids have two memberships to the club. I would strongly encourage the club to revamp their policies. There's no reason this fee could not be split between multiple households with the same children. In addition, I came to find out the kid's club staff spoke with my ex husband about my phone call regarding the kid's club. While him and I work together, I really think they should speak with me about my concerns, not my ex husband about my concerns. Like I said, I have been happy with everything else.

This gym was great when first opening up, now the gym has become a zoo with how busy it is. I understand people are going to keep joining a “newer” gym, but it doesn’t seem that VASA has any cap on how many members they allow. Stop allowing tripods in the gym, especially in the locker room. I am all for bettering yourself and making progress, but when they take up that amount of space and get in peoples way, it becomes a problem. Also, not everyone wants to be in the background of a video. This is not an “influencer” gym. People who want to constantly film themselves should go to that type of gym. Backpacks and other bags should be in the locker room. They constantly get in peoples way to the point where some are tripping over them. People do not work in a timely manner while using machines, benches, squat racks/platforms, and dumbbells. Most people do a set, then go on their phones for minutes on end while others are waiting for equipment. People are physically standing in a line waiting to use equipment. Not many people, especially the younger crowd has any gym etiquette or respect. They stand in groups, hog machines and overall should lift elsewhere or at their school gym. Lastly, the parking lot is so packed during peak hours that people are parking their cars on the sides of the aisles. I’m not sure if people are aware or not, but those are not parking spots. VASA used to be great, especially for the price, but has gone downhill in the recent months. If asked to do a review months ago I would’ve given this a 4 or 5 star review. Because of all these issues VASA has gone downhill in a major way. Also seems that none of the staff cares about any of the issues above.

I'm 62 & been in so many gyms over the years. This is by far the BEST Gym. Excellent pricing for Everything u get to utilize. Clean, great hours & very large. Workout machines r large enough for a plus size person. 😁Staff is always helpfull.I always get on equipment without waiting. I will be a member for a verylong time. So pleased VASA Fitness decided to come to New Berlin, Wisconsin....

WAY to busy! I can’t get my workouts done because this place is way to packed! Like, uncomfortably packed. If you have social anxiety DO NOT come here. I’m planning on canceling my membership soon as I find a gym that will suit my needs. It was cool at first (that’s why I gave 2 stars) but has gone downhill with cleanliness. You’re just a number here. Found a huge fingernail someone ripped off on the green as I was stretching one day. So freaking gross!!

Used to be good, now it’s too crowded and you can’t really even find parking during rush hours..Also they will charge you a month if you want to cancel for “30 days notice”.If you like a scammy contract and cheap crowded gym then this is your spot.

Pretty clean. New equipment. But always crowded with individuals not working out, just socializing. Strange “influencers” setting up tripods and shooting video talking up tons of space. Non existent guidelines for the saunas.

I been here almost 50 day men room nasty always have sewers smell cabinet always dirty and smelly u need even to let your crew clean it or put some supplies to clean the cabinet . but the shower u Need to clean it every 1 hours like planet fitness.Steam room need to be check on it ever 1 hours because people leave napkin and dirty clothes inside that after when u fix it because been long time close not working and dryer need to be fix and nothings wrong if u put bag rolls
