DO not sign up for a personal trainer. Signed up for one and after three months we told them that we want to cancel and the manager told us it was canceled. then we kept getting billed !!! Even though the manager canceled they VASA financing told us the manager could not cancel. They said they called me , I never got a call and emailed me through an old email account asking why we want to cancel and there is a one month cancelation policy which we never knew about . I never read the email and assumed my personal training was canceled until I got another bill . And now was told I have to pay for two more sessions , $160.00. before they will cancel me. Im thinking of going back to experience for $10.00 a month no hassle. When I call up Vasa Finance the lady was unpollogentic rude told me there was nothing I could do and hung up on me !!!!!! This is what you get when you sign up with Vasa. !!!!!!!

Great gym. Staff super friendly. Lots of great equipment and classes. Clean!!!! Wi-Fi isn’t great. Locker room a bit small. But overall I love coming here.

Overall very good gym, best gym around for the price, lots of machines and free weights. Only issue is that is far from me so it’s a long drive. Should definitely consider adding more locations.

I am almost 70, very overweight.want to get healthy. Jeremiah my trainer is great! Everyone including other gym users r so nice! And prices incredible!

As a 58 year old female who had limited weight training my experience at Vasa was amazing! Kyle was my wonderful trainer. He taught me patiently, pushed me in a positive way and made me gain confidence. I highly recommend training. Jeff and Dan were also very friendly and welcoming!

Great gym. Very clean and definitely a good size. I went to this location with a friend. They have guest passes available which is nice. The gym has a large variety cardio equipment. There is more than enough space and equipment to get a good workout in, even during a busier time of day. The sauna is amazing. Very large and even has a t.v. This gym is definitely better than the one I currently go to. However I live too far to join. The monthly prices to seem very reasonable though. The staff seem very friendly, and there are plenty of them. Some gyms seem to be neglected. This gym is very clean, and you see staff constantly cleaning up. The equipment is new, and we'll maintained.

Place has been increasingly smelling like pot/weed/the devils lettuce. I don't want to smell that in the whole gym when I'm working out. If you do it fine, but I don't want to smell it while I'm working out. Gym is poorly managed overall not the young staffs fault. Like 2 sinks in the men's bathroom have been broken for a month. Who is the manager do you follow a check list? Or just do nothing? You will notice other maintenance issues too. Needs to hire a manager with experience, who is proactive. No pride in whoever the current leaders are who work here.

Overcrowded and scummy cancellation policy. The price to enter the gym seems relatively cheap but they charge you other fees also which didn't make it significantly cheaper.Way better off paying a bit extra for any other gym in the area so you can actually do a timely workout. Parking lot is huge and still can fill up with how overcrowded it gets.Lots of groups of people socializing and barely working out. Last time I was here I was waiting for a machine for like 20+ minutes a group of 6 just took it over and chit chat barely doing any reps.

So far, seems like a nice place. The staff that I have met with are friendly, polite and seem to hear what one wants. I am very new, so may be more stars later!

I love this gym!!! The equipment and classes are top notch. But the BEST thing is my training with Benjamin. His approach and method is easy to follow and he makes you want to do your best.
