VASA Fitness

Pro's..This is a very nice gym..music is good,equipment is new and it is big. But it is always crowed even in the early am's. I have told many of my friends about it and they have joined. I just hope they open a more convenient location.

Great gym for the price, lots of machines available, open relatively early (please open at 4am., Like the other Vasa I've known) Open late, equipment is usually clean. The pool is good, lanes are a little narrow and there are NO flags, so count your strokes. Occasionally they have a cardio piece of Equipment out but seems to get fixed within 6 weeks.

I’ve had the worst gym experience withVASA it started out when I asked for a day pass, which was free and they told me that if I got a membership I could cancel really easy on the app before my due date I was like OK that is fine, but when it comes down to it. I tried to cancel over the app, and the app was malfunctioning so I was let to a phone number which I called when the representative answered told me that in order for me to cancel I should’ve known that they needed 30 days of notification for me canceling so they added on top of the membership $30 more. The first guy did not say anything about this when I first got the membership, so I was mad at that, I was like fine I’ll pay it but I want to cancel , a month later I was charged almost $100 for a membership that was supposed to be canceled and when I called the customer service they did not answer I also went to the gym personally to try to talk to a manager. There was no one there that could help me out in the end I had a consult with my bank to get my money back and block them from taking money for me all I’m saying I just didn’t have a good experience with this gym.

Love my new gym! Personal trainers are friendly and knowledgeable. The gym is clean with a variety of plenty of equipment to workout on. The only reason I give 4, instead of 5 is because the New Berlin location does not have tanning. Great gym!!!

I wonder if this gym is just poorly owned or poorly managed. Basketball court randomly closed at times. When you ask the staff why they are clueless and have no idea. Why pay for amenities you can’t use? The ones you can use look like they haven’t been cleaned since opening. Hair, bottles, dirt build up in steam room. Machines are dirty, timers on majority of them do not work. Parking lot is atrocious. I’m surprised a car hasn’t been damaged yet with missing asphalt and chunks taken out.

New to working out and have never gone to the gym before, overall a positive experience. LOVE LOVE LOVE the massage chairs, everything is very clean! I love the women’s locker room!A few complaints:1. Parking is terrible.2. Please put a clock in the pool area.3. Can we get some music in the pool area??

So happy I made the switch to VASA Fitness. Such a great price for all the wonderful amenities. The staff and trainers are all so kind and helpful! The Studio Red classes have allowed me to push myself beyond my limits! I always leave VASA feeling accomplished!

I really enjoy this club. Clean/ Great lighting/ Large. Only thing keeping it from a 5 star is the fact that I only chose the ‘fitness’ package for pool/spa/basketball and there’s no actual “special access” for these amenities. All club members can and do use them. Makes me feel like I’m wasting $15.00 extra a month..

First time here thanks to Xperience surprise closing and I love it. So much space and so much equipment. I didn't have to wait for anything. I know it's going to be more crowded during the week but I wanted to get acclimated to my new surroundings so I'm not wandering around trying to find the equipment I'm familiar with. Great amenities and I'll be taking full advantage of them for sure. Especially the basketball court.

I am gym shopping and wow! What a clean, massive, spacey gym! I loved seeing everyone focused. And love seeing everyone working hard.Very impressive gym I was over whelmed walking in. The customer service is wonderful.I didn't sign up. Due to the gym is way to big and distance. Though it's a very impressive gym!
