As with many gyms post-covid, just not what it used to be. Decently clean but used to be cleaner. Less flexible hours at night and in the morning (for a place called 24 Hour Fitness). A decent amount of machines are always disabled. Never got more than three racks over the last few years. It feels like it's going to be a long time before this place ever starts to improve much less get back to the state of quality it was a couple years ago.

First and last time here. 530am and still not open. I'm told that this is a very common occurrence. Up to an hour and a half late. Very unprofessional

Just went here because it’s close to the school my husband goes too. The machines are too close together downstairs. As well as the cardio machines upstairs. The weights are never in the right spot and always scattered throughout the gym. And in the “spa” there was algae because it was green growing next to the hot tub. And in the steam room, there was nothing but dirt and grime on the bottom step. Needless to say this gym needs to be better up kept I will also be making a complaint to corporate online because, they need more employees to keep up with the demand that this gym requires.When I tried to bring it to the attention of the only person at the front desk, he was busy talking to the manager when other people were trying to talk to them as well so since this is the only way my complaint is going to get seen that’s why I’m writing it on Google
