The manager ( Maria Tabler) is not doing any job or the company is neglecting the operation of the center.. The center is extemely dirty the swimming pool and jacuzzi smell like urine. Every morning between 9A.M to noon, I see the same people conquering the pool and Jacuzzi and talking extremely loudly and rude. They are annoying. Is manager supposed to oversee? Don't they have to train the worker to watch these rude people for the rest of the other members? The same group of peope come as a flock and intimidating every single day. They are neither courteous nor yielding. They stay in the pool for hours and hours and treat as it is their private pool; never yield the lanes! This one lady talking so loudly, I can't relax and have a peace of mind. They are so rude! Please watch the pool area!

I've recently moved to Walnut and am looking for a new gym. They wouldn't let me take advantage of the free pass because its for "Walnut residents" and I didn't have a Walnut address on my ID; I am a Walnut resident though. I didn't like the employees attitude either

The equipment is mostly outdated and lack proper maintenance, the locker room always smells like sewer and the cardio equipment is on the second floor where there are no fans so you can imagine how quickly you get fatigued and the sweat smell from everyone around you...

I have been coming to this gym for over a year now; it’s very clean, it has all the equipment and amenities that I need and more, the lap pool is fabulous, the staffs are very courteous. I could not ask more from a gym for the price I pay. So thankful.

Not what it use to be. Many of the cardio machines don't work properly. Freeweight section look all jenky they have permanent marker written on the mirrors for the weights instead of proper labeling. On top of it all the bathroom has Roaches....

Not too bad. Plenty of gym equipment. I go at 6pm peak hours and still plenty of machines available. Mens restroom is whatever. Urinal water is shut off and leaking which is kind of gross. Over all not a bad gym.

The gym fair. Staff is fine. But i feel the (franchise) owner and/or the manager dont care about this location. Spa (hot tube) has been broken for months. MONTHS!!!. The inferred sauna is broken every few weeks, and has been for a few weeks now. They have 3 plateform squat racks, that are ALWAYS occupied, but only 2 barbells. How about you get more racks since its a popular station, and enough equipment for those stations. And im not sure if this falls on the staff or how it can be regulated, but there are too many people who will just sit at a station, not actually working out. people are entitled to work out how they want, but maybe the staff can keep an eye out for what i call tree stumps.I also dont like the 30 limit on the treadmill. Other 24 hour locations offer more time. it messes up your program having to stop, heart rate drop and then start over again. i get it, if its peak hours, to fair to everyone else.I just feel management or the owner can pay a little more attention to some of these things. 2 colleges near by, plenty of retail near by. So its a high volume location, why not pay attention to whats being used a lot and get more of that. And also make broken items a priority. These are amenities people pay for. If your dishwasher broke at your apartment, wouldnt you want it fixed ASAP?i really regret paying for the whole year in advance, because i dont look forward to coming to the gym any more.
