Got the free 3 days pass to try it out. The front table said they don’t accept it. Had to pay $20 for a day pass. Don’t come here.

Charged me for full duration of shutdown. I cant reach them via phone or email. They dont give up with chargebacks. Disappointing company. Also overcharges for trainers.

Clean gym with lots of weights and cardio machines. Not too busy during peak hours. Staff are friendly and Krystal the manager is awesome!

I got a two month deal, it started on August 23 but ended before two months, not sure when it cancelled but today its currently October 18, it shouldn’t have cancelled before the full two month, and the front desk didn’t know how to help me. It was the worst

I have been a member before, but quit for several reasons. i was getting food next to them and really needed to use the restroom. For a company but hard by covid, they told me the restroom was for members only. i am a working professional in the customer service industryand was denied any service. when i mentioned again that i really had to go, i was informed it was ok that i go to the bathroom in my pants in the lobby by the asian woman behind the counter, she encouraged it. where have compassion and kindness gone? i would never deliberately deny someone help especially such a simple request.

The facility is pretty good but the billing is absolutely terrible. I canceled my membership because this location had to close in the early stages of the pandemic. After canceling I got three bogus charges that I had to call and file claims. Of course, I did contact them about the issue and they said that my card was no longer on their file after the 2nd time, but I end up getting another charge (at a rate that was much higher than what the contract originally was, so ??? at that it doesn't even make sense). After each claim with my bank, 24 Hr Fitness was placed on a Do Not Charge list, and they circumvented it each time by changing their name apparently. Anyways, I was recommended to just get a new credit card. While I did enjoy my brief time at this location, the aftermath was NOT worth it. It's a shame since this location is only 3 minutes away from me :/

Ashley has been promising great trainers for months. Why keep hiring more trainers. How about trainig your current ones! Manager has to go.
