They added 3 more squat racks so I edited my ratings from 1 star to 3 stars for 3 squat racks. Benches arent adjustable.

Trapped in a contract. The customer service is horrible and they drip onto you so that you are forced to pay for the rest of the year even if you want to cancel. Not nice. These guys are money hungry and are not looking to provide excellent customer service.

I loved the fact that it was close toMy job and I would workout prior to going to work and sometimes afterwards. I also met some pretty cool people. What I hate about it is the upgrade to a Super Sport, and also that upgrade without the standard amenities of a regular Super Sport - are you kidding me? The bathroom and showers stayed in state of disrepair; nothing was ever fixed - showers, sinks (motion detector faucets), air dryers, etc. However, the straw that broke the camel's back, the very reason why I left was that my membership expired at 12 Midnight one night and I arrived at the gym at 4:00 the next morning. This piss ant customer service representative would not even give me a one day courtesy pass. At the time I had just finished a two-year membership, but never received a courtesy "time for membership renewal notice." I now attend the free gym membership at the local college were I teach, but I do miss the sauna and the flexibility to go to the gym whenever I got the urge. I refuse to trade my money where I am disrespected and not appreciated.

Used my membership for a year to help recover from an auto accident. I spent most of my time in the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was broken for 2 months which is unacceptable. Should only be down a week at the most. The pool was kinda sketch. Always has green mold on the tiles, not much but being a previous pool owner, I would have treated and cleaned. The staff is attentive and very helpful.

Great gym with excellent customer service. Serves its purpose well. One of my concerns with this facility is the dumbbell rack. The majority of the time I will find a 5lb dumbbell where the 80lb dumbbells are. Also the benches need a little tightening on the screws. The equipment is a bit older, but still functions well. Overall very functional gym with friendly service & satisfied users.- Frequent User, (5 days a week)

Can't believe they upgrade this location to super sports. No basketball court. Smelly locker room. Always packed Jacuzzi ( by Asian elderly). No clear rule using steam and sunna ( plz don't wear shoes or ur dirty socks in!) Always long line for class. Can't find any pro for this location.
