24 Hour Fitness in City Of Industry is a state of the art gym as compared to other 24 Hour Fitness facilities around the area. For starters, this gym feels big, and well ventilated. Upon entering the gym I immediately noticed the high ceiling levels which immediately feels more spacious. This gym has a lot of equipment including a mini grass track for training. Even with all the extra gym equipment it does not feel like a hazard. It has multiple training squat racks, and it is well lit. The Men's room could use more up keeping but overall awesome gym.

Great assortment of equipment which now includes a punching bag. But just a like any other 24 Hour Fitness facility, it's always in need of more squat racks. On busy days, expect a 20 minute wait time just for a squat rack. Staff should connect with customers more if this business wants to keep its members. Don't treat your customers like another stranger who comes into your gym. Besides yoga classes, lacks community for gym members who train for a specific sport. Rather it's the same regulars here who have their own "cliques."

Parking is relatively easy and accessible. Definitely limited during busy hours, it is situated in a large parking lot with plenty of availability despite having to walk a little bit. Staff are friendly, and the gym has plenty of amenities. The equipment is solid, but is sometimes difficult finding dumbbells and getting access to certain pieces of equipment during busy hours. I have never run into a shortage of cardio equipment though.Cleanliness really drags down the entire facility. This is probably one of most poorly maintained 24 Hour Fitness facilities I have been to. Sinks and hand dryers are constantly out of order and never seem to get fixed. Soap dispensers are constantly empty. Urine around the toilet, I understand - happens everywhere - but when I have to walk through a small puddle of urine before even reaching the urinal, we have a problem.

The staff is rude. I bought an energy drink the two at the front desk were to busy talking. The manager is not nice either

Do not sign up at this location! Really Bad customer service. Andrew who is the manager needs training to improve his customer service. Plus this location is so dirty ... Needs some deep cleaning!
