By far one of the worst locations in the franchise. 24 hour fitness has been taking a nose dive and this gym is no exception. It's filthy and constantly overcrowded from a variety of inconsiderate and clueless individuals. The staff is garbage and is unable to enforce gym policy nor maintain the sanitation code. I have no idea how this location is still open. Machines are old or broken and need to be replaced. The entire facility needs to be gutted and have a facelift. Hopefully, corporate brings in new management and invests into this location before it goes belly up.P.S. avoid the lockeroom some of the elders mistake it for a bath house and decide to use the blowdryers to dry themselves and their "personal" belongings.

Been gone for three years. The gym has taken a turn for the worse. Yes I can agree with Shannon. There are guys blow drying their junk and not putting a towel on the benches after they shower. Management sucks, they don't enforce gym policies, such as proper gym attire. I see plenty of old Asian men walking around in jeans and slippers and putting their bare foot on equipment. It's no longer a gym worth going to. But there isn't much of a choice in area.

Bathrooms are filthy and wet. Seen too many elderly Asian ladies drying their crotches with the hand dryer, clipping toenails in the locker room, and even dyeing hair at the sinks. Then the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room will be filled with loud elderly Asians talking loudly while laying on the benches, taking up room where 4 people could have sat. I don't even bother with the pool. No one follows the rules where slow people in one lane and faster people in deeper lanes. Lastly, the steam room always smells like menthol, Tiger Balm or urine and does not get very hot. Moving on to the cardio machines, sometimes they run out of paper towels and sanitizer to wipe down machines since no one seems to clean up after themselves. I see people taking off their shoes and walking barefoot on the treadmills. The air conditioning unit in the ceiling leaks water so it dripped on me when I was using an elliptical. Customer service here is terrible. It seems like everyone is an "Assistant Manager" every 2 months but once you have a complaint or want to cancel membership, they say they are not authorized to do anything and I'll have to speak to the "real manager". Unfortunately, I bought the Costco plan at a good price so I have a few months left stuck with this gym. I'm considering pay extra for other places that enforces sanitary policies with better customer service.

PLEASE don't use the blow dryers to dry anything other than your hands!!!I use to frequent this 24 Hour Fitness when I lived in Diamond Bar. Now that I moved away I only come to meet up with my gym buddy for my weekly workout session. The place has grown more popular and I always find myself waiting for machines now. There also seems to be a growing number of inconsiderate people at this gym. I often find machines soaked in sweat and what's worse is seeing the unsanitary locker rooms! Every time I wash my hands, I find someone taking up the blow dryers to dry their hair. I also found out that the men's locker room is worse. Its been reported that guys use the blow dryers to dry their genitals. Now that's just plain gross and unsanitary! Also, whats up with the pervy old dudes in the Jacuzzi? After my workouts I used to shower and come into the Jacuzzi to relax. But after witnessing several old dudes hitting up young ladies in the Jacuzzi and getting hit on myself, I stopped using it. I also stopped going into the steam room and sauna (basically anything if I have to be seen in a swimsuit I will avoid).I've tried taking a couple fitness classes here but it always seems to get packed quickly. They started giving out tickets for classes to insure a spot in class. You also have to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to wait in line for class. The process seemed more like a hassle than anything so I stopped trying to take classes. The major PRO about this 24 is that there's a Chick-fil-a right next door! I always look forward in grabbing a bite to eat before or after my workouts. It kind of defeats the purpose of working out but you only work out to eat anyway right? :)

24 Hour Fitness. Why are you crowded at all hours of the time? At 10pm on a Wednesday night there were still 3-4 dozen people still working out. I will say that they have great machines and new machines too. The service is good and it's fairly accessible from the freeway.

Tried gym for first time. Lot of new machines and free weights. But very crowded at 8am on a friday. Will probably go back to montclair one.

Jimmy - to talk to someone on the phone press 6. That is all....

Great gym but to beat the crowd you have to go before 5 pm. After that it can get crowded with people socializing on equipment rather than them using it.
