My daughter was overcharged for joining this gym and I do not recommend going here because they are not very helpful and there's communication issues

Where are the 45 pound plates? In the last months half of them disappeared, now we only have likr 8 of them, and we have to be asking each other for 45s, one week we had a lot, next week half are gone

Very rude lady behind desk. Would not stop bothering me and making rude comments. From following me around the gym to just being difficult when asking for assistance.

First time here. Lots of equipment, but only 1 leg press which was occupied by the same person for the hour that I was there. Will be back to see how it goes. Clean with friendly people.

I guess they closed for two days for a rainstorm. No sign on the door or anything. Only business in the area to close over a hurricane hundreds of miles away... it's funny, they're almost never open when I want to go, and it's super crowded unless you go noon-3pm on a weekday. But hey, guess that's what you get for $10/month

Way over crowded, not enough equipment, broken equipment that still hasn't been fixed, too many kids, and the massage area smells like theirs mold in the corner.AVOID.

Just joined. Already a problem! This was NOWHERE in the contract I signed. They have a discriminatory policy requiring you to have a smart phone capable of their app to even check in. How is this acceptable? I told them my phone doesnt have room for their app (it is old and the only apps it can handle are for work) and they couldnt be bothered to help. My boyfriend had to come in and suggest they do a manual check in....they couldnt even think of that on their own. This is NOT acceptable.

A great facility and the employees are very accommodating. It is well kept to the COVID standards ( as far as cleaning), you will definitely workout in peace. Please visit or join them, for you will not have any regret. Thank you.

MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE ACTUAL PAPERWORK STATING YOU CANCELLED YOUR MEMBERSHIP!I physically went into this location to cancel my membership, and talked with an assistant manager and person at the front desk. I told them that I wanted to cancel and they got my information and said okay. I asked if I needed to sign anything and they said no, it was cancelled. I wished with all my heart that I had taken a video of that conversation while I was there. Because the account was not cancelled. And the fees came out of my account and caused an overdraft. The manager said that person was no longer there and couldn’t do anything else other than he would cancel it and send me an email that it was cancelled. I really have no way to trust that the second time was any more valid than the first time and for all I know, it’s a tactic to squeeze one or more months of payments out of you. There is no way to get that money back.
