The West Palm Beach location isn't as big as other locations I've been too, but all locations are very nice and always clean.

The tanning beds are always dirty and they don't tell you about all of the fees that go with your membership. I would rather pay more every month for a clean and ethical gym.

During the after work hours this place is usually pretty busy but you can still get a good workout in.Staff is always friendly and the place is always clean.

sweet and simple...i have belong to health clubs since 25, im 55...never have seen a cleaner gym, bathroom locker room, but starting with the manager Carley and the staff, never been treated better, got some issues resolve with my billing, (my fault) beyond my expectations, there is no drama, instead, friendly staff, always smiling like family...I dont do surveys or into writing reviews, but so impressed, I'm sharing...

This place does not even deserve 1 star. I mean, the people and trainers are very friendly. I'm leaving them out of this. $20?? Mhm yeah okay. That's a lie. I went to the bank today. !¡!$40!¡! For the past three months. Nooo, unacceptable.

Firstly, let me say the employee's at planet fitness are top notch, all very nice people. Gym gets over crowded after 5pm mon-fri. Weekdays before 5 are best. Not many free weights, more aerobic equipment, smith machines. No bench press or squat racks. No slamming weights. Dropping weights etc. If you are looming to body build this is not the place, if you are just looking to stay healthy than this is a good gym and inexpensive. Locker room is clean and orderly.

I am considering joining this gym at this location. I find it suspect, however, that the Owner is solely responding to the kudos and praise, not the concerns and complaints equally. Other PF owners do. I may have to go there.Are these franchise owners or just managers from Corporate?

Awesome the gym is so perfect Carly is the manager and the sweetest person, there is nothing she won't do if u ask her politely, and is in reason. The equipment is really on point everything is brand new and there is just about two of every machine. So there is never a wait even @ peak hours. I'm very happy at this gym the gym has a really good perks as far as tanning free classes with trainers etc. What I think is the coolest is the atmosphere that is set for people that may not work out much or that r not gym rats. It's very welcoming to these people which I think is so cool and such a welcome change. It's open 24/5 n 7 to 7 on sat n sun I could never c my self any where else!

I came in to visit as a guest a few weeks ago, the staff were amazingly nice and very polite and helpful. Never been to a gym before that was so clean and spotless. When I was working out, I noticed the staff were all cleaning the machines. Everything looked brand new, & worked great! The manager was the sweetest thing! She walked me around and made sure that I knew where everything was. The environment inside is so full of energy and great vibes from the members. I loved it!
