Really helpful staff. Machines are kept clean, despite the people who don't wipe them down. There are few machines that have been broken for quite a while, but most are fixed pretty quickly.

When you DO NOT want to me a member spend some time trying to get in. I moved to the US some time ago from EU and have asked by PF: CC, Account number, Routing Nr etc. Their system is not accepting banks routing number. The systems is not yet 'synced' with all banks. All efforts trying to be a member failed. Including providing 2 CC's. Really disappointing that business don't do the effort getting business. Calling the manager did not resolve anything. Good to know that YMCA is coming to PB soon.

Me and my partner have been going here and we love it! Angel is an awesome, knowledgeable trainer and we already feel the difference. Everyone's super friendly and inclusive too and it's an all-round great atmosphere

I been coming here for 6 years since it opened. Lately this place is going down hill so fast and it’s so sad . I use to love this place enjoyed going to this location. I would get off school or work and look forward to going into the gym at night . Now it’s terrible. Equipment is worn out old. Like Atleast show some type of love back to the place fix a few things . It’s been smelling so bad lately doesn’t seem like the ac is blowing . Equipment is somewhat dirty. Bathrooms are broken and disgusting. Staff is horrible rude always on there phone . I get that it’s hard nowadays to find people to hire but the owner haves to do better please . I use to love this place now it’s old worn out and it stinks .

I am not impressed. The girl that showed me around talked too fast and looked the other way when talking. Even after I told her I was hearing impaired. Initial membership sign up require debit card or cash. I was not prepared for that. I only carry American Express. I am an adult. Sorry, I will find a gym otherwise

Love the atmosphere of this gym. I’ve had a PF membership for over 10 years, and I recently moved to this area and had to change to this location from the RPB branch. Most of the staff is super friendly, however the manager has made comments to me several times regarding my workout attire that is well within the guidelines posted online. It’s borderline harassment. I’ve spoken with several other members that have also had issues with this manager. Feeling less and less “judgement free” every day… perhaps he should worry less about my how my clothing fits and more about fixing the machines that have been out out of service for months.

The space is clean and the price is pretty good, but as someone who has been coming here for at least 4 years now, the staff they have here are not as good as they once were.I come in at 5am and for the past few weeks the people on staff have been somewhat rude.Playing on their phones, not acknowledging guests. I had to wait on one of the staff to finish reading a text she had received before she would even acknowledge that I had asked her something... I have worked in customer service extensively and was pretty fustrated with the service I have received this past few weeks as I know it's not up to par per what I'm used to at this planet fitness and know it's just not good service overall. Every gym goer at this gym is quite nice, I'm happy that I typically always see cleaning going on and that the services are typically always ready for use.But the staff has somewhat gone awry.

Have been coming here ever since they opened the location. Many years later and still living a bit far away, it's the location of choice for me to gather with friends and mingle with people. Great place, very convenient, many machines and free weights, clean bathrooms, friendly atmosphere and safe to park. It's the place to be for me as long as I live in the area. The only downside for me it's that all the senior staff is gone. The female manager who opened the place, Jose, Zaii, Bear, etc.

I love this gym. It's clean and always cool, especially during my workouts.

Love this location! The staff is really nice and the layout of the gym is great. It does get really busy early in the week from 5-7pm.
