I make it my business to go to this location even though it is a bit out of my way. The gym tends to be clean, the equipment is update, staff are friendly, and it usually isn't too crowded.

The staff is more than kind... Great people. An excellent gym. I love it. I'll be there a long time.

I’ve tried to cancel my membership so I sent a letter an employee told me everything would be fine and no money would be taken out as long as they get the letter before the 10th customer service says they can give refunds and handle the problem but one of you guys employee claim they were manager and said they don’t do refunds at all so which is it ? And your employee told me I should’ve called before the 4th but why didn’t the first person I talked to days ago say that when I asked ? I called customer service after the little mishap on the phone and they continued to say they can do refunds but your “manager” claims no refunds can be done at all basically saying refunds don’t exists to you guys

The restroom are gross! It’s as if they’re scared to clean it or something. I gave it few days until they cleaned the sink and toilets but it’s been well over a week if not two and the grime and stains continue to grow YUCK!

I have been trying to cancel my membership for a year. They are difficult to work with and refuse to accommodate any of their policies during a pandemic. It came to a point where I had to report this business to my bank as fraudulent charges and report them to the BBB. ): bummer because most planet fitnesses aren't that bad.EDIT after reading other reviews: I was not charged for six months after fighting them for five months and just realized today that they charged me for January 2021. It appears this location did the same exact thing to someone else this month as well.

Absolutely wonderful service provided by Jada and Jeremy of this location here and Jada went above and beyond to get my service established here in West Palm Beach after some difficulties with my account. Every morning that I attend this location Jeremy is there and his great personality on full display. Theses folks our happy to be at work and that's always a joy to see, no matter what establishment you two folks are absolutely a wonderful representation of the customer service and experience that has been truly lost. Thank you both for going above and beyond.

I have been to planet fitness before, and while I had a good experience, this gym was SO much nicer. Very clean, comfortable, and super friendly staff. Nicole was such a bright personality. Very sweet and outgoing. She made my day! I will definitely be making the drive to this planet fitness in the future. An extra 20 minutes is worth my comfort !!

Mike is soooo rude wouldn't help me and wouldnt help me with my id card and i had to leave even though i hold i black card membership. Disgusting attitude.

I've been a member here for 3 years, I love that everything is low key, no macho b.s. Always very clean

Nice gym, handicapped accessible shower here, very nice. Staff were friendly, HydroMassage beds were fantastic. Thanks for hospitality!
