Shocker PF is reducing their hours and terms of service again. Last year it was reduction of equipment in the facilities. Of course it's for the "life balance" of the associates. Hmmm, I guess they never cared about that before ?

I had to stop going to that place because people will still your belongings, Last time i went there they stole my bag with my credit card, social security, my ID, Car/home keys, and other personel items. i was lucky they didn't take my car

Alexis also Refusing to give me her Boss information.Note: They told me that the only way around the Annual fee is to terminate my service.Also Refusing to give her manager name.She also hang up the phone.Why should anyone 🤔 pay a Annual fee after just 2 months?

This one was very dirty. The staff was just standing at the door. The windows needed washed. The equipment was dirty. The bathroom was a disgusting mess. I won't be going back to this particular location

Had some issues with odors. Smelled like a gym. This is not usual for PF. They are clean. This morning visit had me wearing a mask. When working out out I have been comfortable not wearing it.

They really keep their word. The place is very clean, pretty chill and friendly staff. Never had a problem coming here.

The layout of the gym is perfect for instincts the cardio is split while some locations don't have the cardio under the fan and I understand if you finish your workout with cardio, but when you start(as I do) your drained before you get the weight portion started.

Highly recommend this Planet Fitness, absolutely LOVE this location. I travel all over and by far this is the best location I've been to. All of the staff are SUPER friendly, always providing superior customer service. Also the feeling in the gym is comraderie; all of the clientele are having fun working out, no judgment or cliques. You can feel the positivity in the air. Additionally this PF is extremely clean, and the indoor air quality is exceptional. Without excellent leadership and staff, none of this would not be possible, so thank you to PF West Palm (45th), you guys rock.

Im here from TN visiting family and am amazed how this facility differs from the ones back home. Most of their machines are old and filthy; and noone wipes anything down; not even the employees.The facility smells and it is due to the lack of cleanliness. I thought all Planet Fitness were held to The the same standards but it's clear that that this location has no set standard at all.

I have been using this facility in the morning because it is close to where I work and I am writing this review to thank the friendly staff members, Desha and Sharon, who are always respectful and accommodating.However, the parking lot and surrounding area are absolutely filthy.There is trash everywhere and it is a source of frustration and embarrassment to not only the members who use the facility but to the staff members as well.Management, please address this issue so that the staff and members can enjoy a nice, clean, positive environment.Thank you.
