me and my gf bought a black membership. so i could go when she couldn't. found out can't do that. so I bought my own membership. upon rushing in to utilize the bathroom before a workout, I was harassed by staff at front desk about what my intentions were. I didn't know I had to have intentions and a specific gameplan to let the staff know in order to use ameneties I paid for. this is not the first time I've been talked down on like this by staff. very unprofessional and unfriendly. unwelcoming is an understatement. I've been all over the United States, all over Florida, and this is by far the lowest quality of human decency in regards to the staff.

Great place for anyone with whatever exercise needs you’re looking for.

This started to look cleaner but unfriendly staff and they don't clean tanning bed after someone uses it they don't clean the tanning beds between usersThey need to learn laws in Florida

Amazing staff. The manager is always attentive to our needs. I love this gym.

I have only been a Gold Member since 10/22. I joined bc, I had put on Covid weight. Well, after using Tanning Booth #4 since then, I just had my first planter’s wart removed from the bottom of my foot. They never leave cleaner in the rooms and now, there’s HPV Spreading around and, they don’t care. Please wear slides in.

So glad I have a membership. I drive a service truck all over Florida for the company I work for. When I had to leave Pompano Beach at 8:30pm and drive 2 1/2 hours to Ft. Myers by the time I got there, it was after 11pm. So, I found the nearest Planet Fitness, took a shower and slept in my service truck. They got 4 stars because the changing stal door lock didn't work, and another member had to find out the hard way...LOL

Today I had my very first nice experience at this location. Kevin was so pleasant greeting and making conversation. I think I’ll be coming back to this location more. I used to try to avoid it because it was dirty and too busy (and the staff seem out of it) not this time! 🤝 …

Very disappointing experience in the locker room here. Trash and other litter on the floor in the showers and then men's locker room. But by the time I noticed it, it was too late as I was already sweaty and couldn't leave without a shower. Note the pictures - some people are pigs.30 minute workout area was tidy and while some people don't quite understand the concept here. It's not a "pick a machine and stay with it" sort of thing. It's a circuit and you're supposed to move on from one machine to the next to get a rounded workout over the course of a half hour.They have plenty of treadmills and ellipticals all pointed to a bank of televisions so you can tune in to a channel, plug your headphones in, and zone out while you work out. So that's nice.

Love to Workout, Finally took the next step to doin it.

Antonio and the staff at Planet Fitness are great! I enjoy working out here.
