Clean gym, not crazy big or overcrowded. Has all the basic equipment you need and room for floor workouts. But can we please get sauna?

I have been a member for 3 years and went in today to work out. Urinal is out of order garbage on bathroom floor and no paper towels in the workout room. I asked the guy working and he said he talked to his general manager about it. How do you wipe down machine when there are no towels. Also allot of machines out of order and grips are torn or worn out. I have never seen this place as run down as it is right now. May have to move on to another gym. I hope you get these issues worked out real soon. I like the people here but this is bad.

I almost always have a great experience here! The staff is helpful without being intrusive. Yesterday on 1/17 there was a young blonde woman working the front desk and she gave me more info on tanning than I've ever had there- she's awesome, wish I would have caught her name!The only issue I've ever seen is that once at 7:30 am I came in and they only had one employee working for the entire gym. I felt so badly for her, as the morning is typically a high-volume time for a gym. Otherwise, the place is always great, clean, and not too crowded!!

The staff were incredibly kind but the place was dirty. empty cleaning stations. dirty bathrooms. The computers were down so no Black card benefits which i understand is out of their control!

I have a problem and I can't solve it, I made two registrations in one day because the attendant said I could do that I wasn't going to charge again, but he charged. So it's been 2 months since I've been waiting for a refund and nothing, the attendants don't know how to solve it. I've already called the manager, he said he was going to solve it and to this day nothing. the manager only stays there 2 hours a day and weekday and even calling him, he didn't solve it (just updating that now it has 6 months, I already talked to another manager, they said that they did the refund, but nothing until today)

This is the dirtiest PF I’ve been to. Locker room’s/bathrooms.. machines.. back rooms.. literally everything. Both standing cables are broke and have been since the summer .. it’s December. I called to ask the manager when they would be fixed, and 2 different staff members gave me the run around about where the manager was then finally said “we don’t have one”. If you’re in the area I would pick a different gym…. or go to the North Fort myers or Estero location, they are better maintained.

In the past I reviewed this gym and remarked about the lack of cleanliness. More recently I have attended this location once again and I have to admit that it is now clean and tidy. My last 2 visits I thankfully witnessed several employees wiping and cleaning the common areas. Well done on the improvements!

I haven't actually worked out at the gym yet because of a physical injury however when I initially went to register there was a slight issue with my Silver Sneakers status and while the young man was very very helpful he was a little frazzled and couldn't complete the registration. When I called the next day, however the issue had already been rectified and my registration was complete. I am a transplant from New York and although I have never gone to a Planet Fitness here in Florida, I have the same expectations for the quality as I did there as far as the level of equipment and staffing but the mere fact that they were able to rectify my situation on the phone in less than 24 hours was impressive. Keep up the good work Planet Fitness!!. I'm praying and trusting that when I actually start working out my four-star rating won't change.

Great gym I've been a member for the last 2 years however we would love to know when it will re open due to hurricane ian. Please let us know asap

Came in to enroll for new membership and the front desk person made me change my mind. His nonchalant and rude manner will stop a lot of people from coming here. When asking some basic questions he was more concern with flirting or talking with women. I’ll drive farther and use another facility.
