Wow. I’ve never seen one so bad. The employees are clearly fed up and the facility is disgustingly dirty. The farthest thing I’ve seen from clean. There are no sanitizing bottles to be found anywhere in the black card area and they had one cleaning station in the gym with a bottle and towels. They also claim to clean the tanning beds but today I walked into a booth that hasn’t seen a hint of cleaning and at least a week. It was sticky, and the floor of the tanning booth was covered in dust and debris. It also smelly quite crusty. They should close this location until they can get it back together.. or get a health inspector out there.

I am retired and travel around the U.S quite a bit. I have been to many Planet Fitness gyms. None are nearly as bad as this location. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the staff is very friendly. This is by far the worse Planet Fitness I have ever been too. It is very dirty and unkempt. Many of the weight machines are in desperate need of repair. They have cracked and torn padding, missing and or misplaced grips, broken knobs to adjust the weight on the machine. The equipment has so much rust on them, that it could possibly effectthe safety of the equipment. I was in town for two weeks, and when I arrived there was coffee stains on one of the urinals and it wasn't cleaned off for 10 days. I'm a 10 year member of a Planet Fitness in Chicagoland and it is kept very, very clean. This location is not kept up to Planet Fitness standards. Many of the hand towel dispensers are stripped out as well. The owner obviously does not care about their members. I hope something can be done to bring this location up to where it needs to be. The equipment is very old as well.

Always filthy, weights laying around, staff on their phones and doing nothing most of the time. The worst PF I’ve ever been to by far. Too bad it’s the closest to me. No manager, they can’t keep them because of the pay.

I have been trying for 3 months to cancel this membership with no assistance. I moved out of state, I have no car, and am broke so I can’t afford to Uber to the location. The only way to cancel this membership according to staff is via in person or medical excuse for me to cancel the membership. All I was recommended to do was transfer to the location in my state who I still cannot get too and cancel with them. There is no customer service line to refer to or anything. Honestly making myself look bad but I had a rough year and they keep stealing my 24$ membership as I haven’t been into this location in 3 months. It is overdrafting me. But it’s ok according to all the employees no matter what you have to come in and if you email corporate you’ll never get a response ever. Don’t going unless you plan on never getting out of problems arise.

I have traveled the country and have visited many PFs around. This is the most filthy one I have ever been. I heard when I got here this morning, that some disgusting human took a dump on the shower. And after mywork out, it was still there.The mens locker room hasn't been cleaned in days. I spoke to the only employee working here And he said he would try to get to it as soon as he can. If planet fitness corporation has any kind of quality control, they need to visit this location

I love this gym, BUT I have requested to have the locks fixed on ALL of the WOMENS toilet stalls for MONTHS. I went to the corporate site and filed a request for the manager twice and still can't use the bathroom safely at this facility. Locks on the stalls are necesity. Please fix it so I can change my review back to 5 stars. Thanks!

I like the gym. People are nice, and I hate leaving a negative review but wow the men’s locker room is one of the most disgusting bathrooms I’ve ever been in. I was there for a total of two hours. So from the time I first walked in to the locker room until I left it never got cleaned or swept. Theres just dirt and garbage and trash all over the place. I reached out to the district manager but never heard back. I also see other reviewers complaining about the gross locker rooms and everyone seems to get the same response to alert an employee. It seems that planet fitness with not address this issue 😔

I like the location and the 24-hour access that's about it, make sure you tell management and all the other franchises to bring back the pizza Mondays and bagel Tuesday's that's what I signed up for years ago.. 😅 and don't tell me it's covid related you can't fool a businessman like me being from the most litigious state in the Union very near your corporate headquarters.

It has more dust and more trash laying around than any planet fitness I've seen from 50+ different planet fitness gyms. Bathrooms are worse. But it's a gym and the equipment works fine.

The one thing I can say, I love the setup and layout of this location. However, the staff is completely rude and unhelpful. They tell you they can’t fix problems that the app clearly tells you to see the front desk for. Anytime I ask for help with something there, they make me feel like a problem. When you walk in you will find they mainly care about talking amongst themselves versus greeting you. The women’s locker room is always disgusting, half the doors don’t have locks on them and there is clearly mold infested in there by the smell of it alone. If the staff would clean as much as they talked, it would be a much better environment there.
