One of the employees said that he'd fight my boyfriend and was trying desperately to get my sister's social media while she said she is in a relationship also he was extremely disrespectful towards my relationship and with my sister's as well.

Day 1 member, i made a review 8 months ago, my rating remains the same. Let's just say we need some rules posted throughout the gym, we have too many people sitting on equipment and not doing anything. The express room is misused, I wanted to do an express workout tonight, every piece equipment with the exception of 2 were being sat on with people on their phone. If you are looking to workout and go this planet fitness is not for you, it's packed without any regulations, and their pushing for more members, luckily I have the black card I'm going to a different location or canceling my membership.

So sad I just canceled my membership! The staff are using bad non respectful manners to the clients! Staff (trainer yellow shirt) always interrupts people to make them put everything away which is fine but he don’t do in a good and respectful manners! In addition bathroom has fungus everywhere in the showers, toilets always dirty! Ladies in the front desk are always mad 😡! You can’t never get or buy something from the coller no water sometimes in that stuff! BAD BAD BAD NOTHING IN COMPARISON TO THE ONE IN NORTH FORT MYERS100% NO COMEBACK ANYMORETRAIN YOUR STAFF TO BE POLITE GYM IS NO FREE EVERYBODY PAY FOR IT

They arrested me for trespassing when I am a black card member. Don't work out here unless you can fix the 19 days of my life. Men that work at the gym telling another guy he's glowing

Did not appreciate being harassed by an employee for resting while I wait for a machine(i.e. someone was using two machines) after a TEN hour shift at my job.On top of that, the toilets were covered in fecal matter, one of the locks in the changing room has been broken since I started using the locker room (months ago,) and, by far, this has been the worst gym experience that I have ever been a part of.
