Massage chair work wrong. Staff put only 5 minets for me. And I wait massage bed 4 minutes after staff girl make massage for yourself. Shower is good.

I was very reluctant to even consider getting a membership here. Somehow I managed to convince myself to go against what I knew was going to be ugly and just a bad experience. Nonetheless even after they confirmed that my story was true and accurate they refuswd to help or show any empathy much less a reasonable amountof remorse. I didn't use the gym for am entire month after going regularly and for legitimate reasons that I moved to a different side of town. Stuck with 3 month of service bills over $100 and NOT justifed, after they verified thw facts. Never again to judgement free zone.

Rosa was very friendly and she informed me on the new machine total body enhancer which helps w muscle definition. I tried it once and i was sold!!! She helped me upgrade to the black card where i can freely use this machine as well as the tanning beds and unlimited massages!!!! Thank you!!!

I like it....especially the "express workout" section....if you can get the little people who are glued to their phones off the equipment. Management should police that section better. It SAYS " for 30 minute express workouts ONLY" My only complaint is with the staff.

Even after I cancelled my account I was still charged an annual membership fee a few days later. Nice trick. This is why I never do contracts. Won't be paying this business another visit.
