Great first experience...they have hand sanitizer at cleaning stations everywhere as well as spray so you can wash your equipment before and after. Massage bed was great... definitely worth the upgraded membership. Very clean and wasn't very busy...equipment is great!!!

I recently just moved here and I give this facility a 5 star!!! The staffs are very respectful. they are very well mannered and clean. Every-time I walked in, they wave and greet me and everyone else too. Employees are are professional I’ve never seen an excellent service even when I was in Maryland.

Being members since they started in El Paso. Black card is great when traveling with guest.

Every time, there's a female cleaning the man's lockers and a Male employee just chilling at the counter, can't change to work out they should do this at different times.

Love this place! It's been my first gym experience and it was by far the best priced, smelling, and friendly location I found!

Decided to rejoin the gym after a long time away get back in shape find out they took out the bench press incline and the squat racks what the hell! All they have are smith machines and the free weights are even less than before been going a month but plan on leaving

***Edit:Management/Corporate refunded us the money.So upset and discouraged. My wife and I signed up for the $99 special and paid for the year. We asked if we would be able to transfer our membership (before signing) since we were moving cities and we were told by Raul we could transfer it in 3 months. Now that we moved and tried to do the transfer we are told it's not possible and we can't get our money back. The manager Grecia did not care in the slightest. We were given false information, but unfortunately we did not read the contract more carefully. We trusted Raul's word, but apparently he is "new." So now we are out of a membership and money.

This planet fitness has the worst manager her name is "Gracia." First I wanted to buy a water this girl said no cash, then I asked that rude manager for kettlebell's she says she didn't have any then she went up to me and asked which one I needed I said two size didn't matter she then tells me " I need your I'd for collateral!" I couldn't believe what she said! my sister and I called the other pf they said they're was no such rule. I have never felt so discriminated against like I did by her both my sister and I . She is always talking ,never has paper rolls, and everything is always dirty. I can't believe she's manager. Horrible experience don't go there.

Female worker in the morning is incredibly rude, ignores you so she can stand and talk to the same few members who clog the entrance. Very rude!!! They change management all the time. I’ve been at this location since it opened seen several managers come and go! Can’t get a massage bed appointment if the female worker and her talking buddies are gathered around the monitor where you set up appointment! I wonder who owns this place, can’t complain to manager they do nothing!!!

Great gym except for the shower water temperature. Almost too cold to even shower. Where was the hot water?!
