Honestly this is the worst PF I have been to and have been a member for years. A couple of employees here are so rude. I guess it's not everyone's "Destinee" to be nice or respectful of customers. They actually avoid making eye contact, saying hello or goodbye. They act like customers are a bother to them when you are simply asking a question. Very judgmental to supposedly be the "Judgment Free Zone". And honestly so unnecessary. The gym is clean as a whistle, the members are considerate of others and considerate of the equipment. The equipment is well maintained and spaced apart.*Update 5/30 - another poor experience with an employee who is usually so nice and considerate. I am looking into other gyms.*Update 8/29 - spoke with a manager who was appaled at what was happening and is taking action to correct it. He listened and didn't get offended. Was genuinely concerned. I am updating to 4 stars. The rest of the employees have been nicer lately

This place is great. I’ve been going here about a month since I moved back to Greensboro, the people are genuine and the atmosphere is always energetic and flowy. Helps me get into the zone.

It's on my list of favorite places.

I’m having to change all my banking info because they won’t stop billing me after cancelling a membership. I should have known to never give these people my card. Bank confirmed they charged me using my account and routing number which I never provided to them to prevent this from happenings

I normally have a good experience at this location but today was a little different. As I was on the treadmill doing my hitt workout the female staff was cleaning the treadmill’s. She cleaned in between the one I was on and the one next to me. What I didn’t know was that she also cleaned on the side of the treadmill that I was on so when I stepped on the side to do squats while the machine was running my foot slipped a little bit. I noticed she kept looking back at me, so I’m not sure if it was intentional but the looks I received made me feel as if it was intentional. She saw me doing my hitt workout on the treadmill before she cleaned it but she proceeded to put cleaning solution on the sides anyway. This created a safe environment for me and things could have been bad for me as well as her. The staff does not need to be cleaning the treadmills that the customers are in the progress of using. They need to wait until the person is finished with the machine before they proceed to clean the machine otherwise you can cause someone to hurt themselves. The picture below was after I finished my 20 minutes of hit on the treadmill. The gentleman in the picture is the male staff who is cleaning but he did wait and cleaned the stair masters next to me while I was on the treadmill, so this was not the staff, but it was the female staff home Clean the treadmill that I was currently using and almost caused me to slip. This needs to be handled.

for the most part it’s been neutral, i did routinely come to this location 2 years ago. i’ve been coming for the past month again & i didn’t have too high expectations. i recently had a 5 star rating.today was a differentwhen staff was passive aggressive, harassing, & intentionally mocking customers. that’s uncalled for & unnecessary. at the front desk they aren’t ever helpful & usually nonchalant. i usually just come in and go, mind my business & be courteous.it’s unacceptable since i’ve been to multiple locations around the state (asheboro, winston-salem, & albermable) & the staff have been nice/professional. actually be a tolerant adult & be respectful.it’s not the most enticing job or the most difficult, i’ve worked with customer service before. when people are projecting their behaviors onto others, i rather be elsewhere. regardless of $10 or $50 i can invest it elsewhere. in a more tolerable environment. i’ve been empathetic enough i don’t have to tolerate the employee’s negativity.i don’t come here for customer service. if others want to project they unhappiness on others that’s okay. i won’t be here for it.at the same time it’s interesting they gather at the front desk, while the trash is over flowing at the cleaning stations. the restrooms are unattended. and when they do clean they are around customers without being courteous or asking if they can clean. oh don’t bother asking for anything, it’s just an inconvenience for them. on a positive note the main fitness area does look clean, the floors & equipment.i clean everything very thoroughly & i don’t mind walking to other stations to get towels. it’s been quite packed & there is hardly any apace anymore: i was recently using the TRX section. and about the restrooms i just go to wash my hands.might as well disclose other issues i came across since it might be insightful for other people.
