They are straight scammers. I moved away. I had a $10 membership for just this location, I was told to send a letter certified mall to cancel my membership. The letter was returned unopened. I experienced horrible customer service.

Just cancelled my membership. All planet fitness in NYC and New Rochelle now close at 11 pm on weekdays and at 7 on the weekends. Why? Why all of them all of the sudden?
