Basic as any other PF. They need new equipment and more weights. At this particular PF there’s one older staff who intentionally makes females uncomfortable, to the point where it give predator vibes. Maybe go here when he decides to leave or is fired

I have told staff here multiple times about to topics on my concern at this gym. Number one there are 4 smith machines and a leg press machine all relying on a certain amount 45lb plated weights. Bottom line is they need more 45lb weights for the five machines that are almost always in use it’s not enough. Second, everytime I step on a treadmill machine there they are rarely never right. They either can’t reach the speed I set it on or it feels like it’s stopping or slipping which is very dangerous. Please get back to me to address these issues because apparently management and staff could not handle it properly.

This gym used to be open 24h and was great, you could find machines open etc especially late at night. The abrupt reduction in hours changed all that. The gym is now super busy, it’s hard to complete a workout because you can’t even find a free machine. Canceled my membership and I’m taking my money to a different gym.

What a mess has this gym become. They changed the gym hours from 24h to now closing at 11 pm. Being 24h is what made PF attractive. Now this gym is crowded all the time. You can do better with your money elsewhere. Better service, better machines, less busy and the same schedule. Working out is a commitment that is not always easy. Find a gym that inspire you to go or at least makes your routine somewhat easy to follow!

Took off some stars, because they don't offer Silver Sneakers sponsorship, for us newly retired seniors, on fixed incomes! Maybe, management can see their way, to include this program, as part of their amenities offered.

A Black card give you nice perks such as the divine hyfromassage bed and amazing massage chair. Worth it!

Rude employees also no accountability in this place the people at the front desk are nasty when you engage with them.also when I called to talk to a manager the guy on the phone laughed as if my wanted to talk to a manger was a joke this place is disappointing I will recommend everyone to stay away from this gym I have video of interactions also

All in all, okay gym for the price. But, like other negative reviewers (John Bonoo, Rory Panton, NIck Williams) I had a few things disappear in the locker room--the worst was my cell phone in December. Some staff are, as other reviewers said, nonchalant about it, some almost blame the victim. One staff member who did seem concerned no longer works there. A week or so after discussing the stolen cell phone with the Mgr. and telling her about another member who had been making me very uncomfortable, and more or less threatened to have me thrown out of the gym (and may be the person who stole my phone), I received an emailed notice that PF cancelled my membership for a "policy violation." No idea what I did to violate policy and they won't say. Manager does not return messages etc.

A cleanly gym with good services, equipment and chill atmosphere.Yes, people stare. Yes, in there does get busy at times and you may have to wait to use an equipment from time to time.But overall good.

Joined Planet Fitness due to 24 hours and I enjoy going after midnight(less crowded). NOW NO LONGER 24 HOURS AND CLOSE 7:00 PM on weekends.No longer good to me, canceling my membership.
