One of the employee name Lexi call my team disrespectful and ask me if I wanna fight. She don’t know how to talk to a customer. And she lied about us and cancelled our membership by Nicole.

Great location and size. Needs better floor equipment. Update your mats and add some deflated slam balls. Over all tho it's cool here

Couple times things have been stolen from locker, reported to police. The employees use pliers provided by planet fitness in case of emergencies to break in and steal. Do not leave anything of value. Horrible experience, horrible service.

This gym has the worst billing issues and the little kids who work at the front desk are not helpful and don’t usually know how to respond to issues that occur. I was charged a fee called a annual fee but I cancelled my membership and was still charged for that. The customer service is the worse. I work out at home never again will I waste my money joining any gym. Please stay away from planet fitness I don’t recommend them.

Parking issue, I had to signup my membership with LA Fitness. Planet fitness don’t have a reserved parking that main for me. For the price they offer its great if you can walk or bike to Planet Fitness.

Due to Covid-19 I called to cancel my membership from planet fitness. The first person I spoke in March said they canceled it when I called. It is now December and I'm still being charged. I called again and no one cares to help! This is the worst gym ever! Not willing to help but they are very willing to take the money out of your account.

I went there for the first time yesterday. The staff were so nice. It was clean and updated. If you want a good workout with a variety of machines, it's a good place to go.

I wear the neck gaiter type mask to the gym all the time and no one says anything, today the front staff made me go home and get a "regular mask" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? These masks are just as efficient as the blue ones, I use them every where else i go; no other business has an issue with it except PF. In addition, the staff is rude and seem like they hate being there. Long story short, you really get what you pay for including service.Can you really expect better from a business that charges 10$-20$/month?! Im currently looking for a new gym.

This is the best planet fitness I’ve been to. It’s huge, so even when it’s busy it doesn’t feel like it. There’s plenty of machines, it’s clean, the staff is professional (Kiara at the front desk is awesome, such a sweetheart!). I live about a 5 minute walk from the planet fitness in pelham bay, but I still drive the 10 minutes to come to the new ro one!

Locker broken into 2 times in the last month! Beware don’t keep anything of value in your locker. Apparently this is a common occurrence at this location according to the young girl at the front desk. The quality, safety, and cleanliness has gone down dramatically recently.
