My boyfriend and I went to planet fitness, we checked in at the front desk, scanned our membership cards with no problem. 30 minutes into our workout one of the planet fitness employees came up to us, quite rudely just to kick him out because the type of mask he was wearing is not acceptable. First of all, that specific employee was at the front desk at the time we checked in, saw the mask he was wearing and he didn’t say anything. Secondly, it states on the planet fitness website that “All Planet Fitness locations have disposable masks available if a member or guest forgets their mask. We’d be happy to provide one to you!”, so it is upsetting to know that my boyfriend was not even offered a mask, since his one was considered as unacceptable in accordance to their policies. Especially during these unprecedented times, Planet Fitness employees need to do better to make sure that their policies are communicated clearly.

Never EVER use their lockers.I got robbed today and nobody gave a dime. Nobody cares. And if you try to ask anything the reply will be somethjng like “feel free to cancel your membership right now”Of course I’m gonna cancel. You’re not cheap at all planet fitness. I just got $300 damage today. I could have easily paid another yearly membership on a better quality fitness studio with more amenities and more polite stuff

Never use their lockers you will get robbed at some facility and it's a normal thing as per the employee 🤷 who was very nonchalant, she asked if they took anything and I stated a few personal papers from my jacket and the lock 🔐 which I bought in there machine and she said ok like it was no big deal. I asked her what will be done about it and she stated we can call the police and also take a report as this is common at this facility 😳. Thankfully I didn't have my wallet etc in the locker. Best advice don't bring any personal items to this location to store in the lockers and be vigilant about your surroundings.

Enjoy working out at the gym as often as I can. However, there is no parking lot for customers. I do hope they build a parking lot sooner rather than later. There is literally no where to park in the mornings. I’ve considered joining other gyms because of this issue. Do hope they change this soon for the Rochelle location. Would be great for all those who have memberships at this location.

I live in Miami but have a black membership as I travel a bunch. That has been about a year now and I had no issues with entering any clubs in the US from California, New York, Texas and states in between. This particular location is within walking distance of my hotel which worked out great. Entry with my QR code was easy and not eventful. Going in at about 7:00 a.m. it was not crowded at all. The gym seems to be adequately clean and they had plenty of cleaning station. The bathroom area was clean and still with the locker room. People interacting with was courteous. The dumbbells all over the place would be my only gripe right but not an issue as it's more the people than the actual Club itself. Overall a good experience and would definitely go back.

Visited here whilst in USA, Mount Vernon. There were no classes on (even though the website stated they run classes (of which that was the point why l came). The staff where in experienced and the manager was not very welcoming especially to someone that's visiting the area. Only saving grace, was the equipment worked and a vast array to chose from.

After the pandemic this location seems to have really lost its touch, the rules about sanitizing machines after use aren’t being reinforced at all.The bathrooms had urine on the seats and no team support was noted around the gym at all too assist with mask check.

The management it horrific! Somehow this location has managed to get a hold of an old family account from years ago and charge an old bank account while simultaneously charging my credit card. They claim this bank account magically appeared and that I have not been charged by credit card (when my statements prove otherwise.)The staff and management clearly don’t know what goes on with the billing system, which I find extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. My membership was canceled while I was not present and without my permission.I must say there is a positive outlook with that -they did do me a favor by canceling my membership. I do worry they still have my information on file because the management claims there are absolutely no refunds- so now- I have to worry about Planet Fitness billing my bank and credit card accounts and not being refunded again.Join at your own risk!

Hey it's planet fitness the place of a judgment free zone deal with it workout get it done places always pretty clean the quality of service and the service always friendly always right on point when you need to release some stress go work out get on the treadmill or the bicycle or Sweat that's all it is a good workout nice place

I feel great about this gym Renee Langston is a great worker very helpful and always keeping things clean and answers questions that I have as well . Roberto Thorpe is a great worker as well and always keeping things clean, She is very cool
