I called to cancel my membership and someone said I can do it over the phone I just need to call before 5, I call before 5 the next day and a different person says I need to come in. The staff are not properly trained.

Best gym in the area, well maintained, lots of cardio, strength training and cross fit options, and most of all open 24/7

I like the fact that it is 24 hours. I work late nights and get out early in the morning. I can get a workout in and still be home by 5AM. The gym is clean, equipment is in great shape. I'm happy with it.

I have been a member since they first opened, the staff over all is good and the fact that they open 24 hours is the best perk.However what makes a gym a gym like the basic equipment is neglected by staff. When you can find basic equipment that is better maintained at planet fitness and not at Xsport a premium gym, then you know there is a problemSO unfortunately for beginners i do not recommendIf you want to do cardio at 2 am , play ball or swim in the pool or hot tub then only then is Xsport worth the price.

The gym is really convenient for co-op city residents. Lots of machines/equipments. Thats sums the positive. This is the ONLY reason I continue to attend this facility.The gym is always dirty. As a director of housekeeping in hotels, I would fire the entire staff due to the poor cleanliness of the gym. The staff are extremely unprofessional. They seem as if they do not care about the gym, the condition of the gym and its clients. the staff allow people to bring their Bluetooth speakers and play their own music extremely loud with no consideration for the other people working out. The management and staff do not care, as the gym plays excessively loud music at 6am, it baffles me why they would allow music to be played so loudly at such an early time frame, and this continues throughout the whole day.I hope upper management and corporate see this review, and can help improve the facility. I am seeking alternative gyms in this area.

I actually joined it because of the WARM pool…they have water fitness which is very therapeutic for my knee but it’s being about 8 months now the pool have not been warm and no matter how much we complain they keep telling us that it is warm while the heater has been off for days…an employee who work the pool area told us that they only warm up the pool like once or twice a week so when we do the water class just to get in the water we of to take deep breaths or hold our breath and dip in the water because it’s cold 🥶 we speak to the manager but if you ask me he don’t know much of what’s going on. I am very very disappointed ☹️ with their lack of care and bad customer service.

The gym is always dirty. Especially the ladies locker room.

I come here mainly to play basketball great gym but it is inconvenient that I want to play on a rainy day and the court is closed. I pay a membership specifically for the basketball court.

Best customer service ever, Roxy is the best she solve my payment problem and since them I had no more issues she is cordial with smile. She is the shine of xsport.
