OTF has fun and engaging workouts. I love the variety, the energetic vibe, the music. It has helped me, someone who never exercised very much. All the coaches in Norwalk are supportive and motivating. Today I saw Adrian who works at another OTF gym and was reminded of how much I miss him and wish he was back at Norwalk. He is attentive, knowledgeable, and has a great singing voice too!

I love how the coaches really connect with me and are so personal yet professional. They know when I can push myself further and times when I’m taking it easy. I was originally just "tagging along" with my wife for the free introductory class, but by the end of it I was sucked in. The feeling of accomplishment and mood boost I felt at the end of the hour was something of which I needed more. My dumbbell game had grown stale, but every day at OT there seems to be another stunningly simple set of dumbbell exercises I've never heard of before. The workouts are challenging but doable, especially with an excellent staff keeping you moving with music and great words of inspiration. Some classes are more intense than others but there is never pressure or judgement and you can work at a pace that's best for you. Try it and you won't regret it.
