Warm welcome super early in the morning is always a great start. After a great workout clean shower is available well provided with soap, shampoo, conditioner and deodorant which is to me is super helpful. I go straight to work feeling vibrant, clean and refreshed without packing my whole toiletries.

The staff, both at the front desk AND the instructors at OTF Norwalk are amazing! I was very nervous to go to a gym as i am a little older and out of shape. From the second I walked in the door, they were welcoming and encouraging. The other members were also very friendly. Every workout is different and, while it is set up as a group workout, there are plenty of ways to individualize the workout to match your furness level and goals. The app, let's you easily sign up for and/or change classes, as well as track your personal progress. I have never thought that going to the gym would be a fun experience, but it truly is at OTF Norwalk!

This place is the highlight of my day - everyday. Everyone is so friendly. The workouts allow you to really push yourself or go at your own pace. I’m so inspired to be better here and now I feel better. Happier.

I’m so happy I joined OTF! The instructors are amazing, kind and energetic. The workouts are intense and effective. I was starting to fall into seasonal depression so I signed up 4 weeks ago. Since starting these classes, I feel happy and energized. I get excited to wake up every day. My body is visibly transforming every week (I go 5 days a week). This was a great decision and a great investment.

I’ve been going to OTF for about 5 years and love it! I moved to CT from NJ and the coaches at Norwalk have made me feel like they’ve known me forever. They make an effort to get to know everybody and they encourage us through the whole workout. It’s a real family at this branch and OTF in general gives you the best endorphin rush of any group workout you’ll find!

Orangetheory Norwalk is a great place to workout. The coaches are wonderful and always offer options for the floor work so that everyone does their best. I am back for my second Transformation challenge and love the teamwork ! Special shout out to the amazing playlists that keep me moving!

Very supportive and friendly environment. Coaches go out of their way to modify exercises based on an individual’s specific ability/constraints (ie they don’t assume everyone can do the standard exercises).

Amazing first class! I haven’t been active in over a month so I was apprehensive however Pete & Sravaani are an amazing duo. Sravaani was super inviting from the moment I walked in & Pete is an awesome trainer, walking me through every single step of the workout! This workout was phenomenal, so excited to become a member.
