Wonderful workouts, great team, super helpful staff and trainers. I drive 15 minutes each way just to go to this gym, and its so worth the extra time!!

Loved the workout and the coach was amazing!! If you have a chance to take Coach Laura's class I would highly recommend it! Great music too :-)

Great place & excellent workouts. The staff & trainers are all very nice and extremely helpful with any request. Classes are motivating and different enough so as to not be routine.

I just love this workout. This is only my second week. I went 4 times last week and I had such a wonderful feeling of well-being and clarity. And I have already lost 2 pounds which is pretty awesome! The science behind the workout is sound and I love that we wear blood flow/heart rate monitors so we know exactly how our body is responding. Great environment! Helpful and friendly staff! Skilled and motivating trainers! I don't normally write online reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one.
