I’m a premier member from Illinois and was traveling for work. I didn’t realize our agenda had us starting later in the morning so decided to sneak in an early morning class with my manager. I didn’t travel with my armband and it was our first time visiting this studio. The front desk staff was super efficient, friendly and kind. The coach (I think it was Mo) was great, motivating and high energy. And his music was fire!!!! The studio was also very clean!!!

I'm still fairly new to OTF but the staff and coaches at Norwalk definitely made me feel very comfortable and welcome from the beginning. Every class is a challenge and I always look forward to coming back, despite how rigorous the classes are. All of the coaches are really energetic and want to see you do well.

I joined after hearing a coworker rave about how great OTF is. I’m overweight and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to keep up, but the staff and other members are so incredibly supportive. I love that I can monitor my heart rate and push myself knowing that my heart won’t explode. I also LOVE challenging myself to earn more splat points than the last class. I can see such a difference in my endurance already. I couldn’t love this workout more!!!

This place is honestly like no other gym I've ever been too. The entire staff is AMAZING, the programs are super intense but doable, and you get a partner so you're not dying alone! The staff briefs you on what to expect and how your heart monitor works - which is super cool because you can see how hard you're pushing yourself! My trainer was Anthony and he was absolutely amazing - super attentive and helpful & he helps push you to finish the class!

The thing I love most is that everyone is doing their own thing, working at their own pace. In a lot of group classes or even working out by yourself it feels like you get called out or the spot light is on you but it’s not like that in Orangetheory. I feel very comfortable there. The music and lighting help a lot too :) The staff is always very friendly & the workouts are satisfying.

Tough workout system, coach was attentive, and the owner and staff are very friendly. Great community to be around.

Great trainers, good mix of people at all fitness levels, easy check-in and check out, good mix of exercise, always challenging, good vibe.

Lots of options, no judgement, burns at least 500 calories per workout. I love the instructors and front desk staff.

I showed up for my first session about 25 mins early. After waiting for my turn for about 10 mins I was told that I was 10 mins late and should call back to reschedule. Not a professional way of treating a potential new member. Not sure I want to reschedule and go back.
