While I love Orange Theory Fitness overall for so many reasons, what I love even more is THIS specific location. The staff is always so friendly, helpful, enthusiastic and supportive, the people that go here are all encouraging and kind to each other in person and via their social communities, and most of all, the instructors (especially Pierre) are AWESOME, making the workout fun, motivating, and competitive. I feel like the people of OTF are a community and I'm part of that community. I always thought the term "Fit Family" was odd, but that's exactly what OTF is. And, as I said, overall, it's an excellent way to get fit. It's challenging but not unachievable, it's structured but not repetitive or boring, and the circuit HIIT approach is effective. I highly recommend it to people looking to take their workouts to a new level while having fun along the way!

I thoroughly enjoy all of my Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) workouts. When I learned that OTF would be opening in Norwalk I was thrilled, as I had always wanted to try their classes. I joined without having ever done a class.I love that every class is different. You get a total body workout which is a great mix of cardio and strength. The coaches have great enthusiasm and seem to really enjoy what they do.I recommend OTF to anyone looking to change up their exercise routine.

I love the diversity in the work out at orange theory. The class is always different and the movement between stations keeps things fresh and provides short breaks when needed. The interval concept is perfect for me. I also like the ability to monitor my progress in real time. Great workout.

I have been going to Orangetheory consistently 4-6 times a week since they opened in April. It's so nice to have such a high quality place to work out so close to home. The instructors are great and really take the time to get to know you and help you improve. The parking lot can be a little tricky with so many people coming and going at once, but if you give yourself a few extra minutes, there should be no issue.

I took my first OTF class this week and LOVED IT!!! Signed up for an unlimited membership as soon as it was over, and have gone to class almost every day since then! Trainers are amazing and very motivational. It's definitely challenging but I always leave feeling amazing.
