Orange Theory changed my life! I am in the BEST shape ever! Amazing workouts, great staff and great coaches. WAY BETTER than your typical main stream gym- such a more personal experience.

The OT workout is the most efficient form of cross-training exercise I have ever done. Every workout is different and your body is challenged in many different ways. When you go there, you don't have to think; you just have to exert. Routine, music, time is already picked for you, and a personal coach to boot!

The structure of the program makes the workouts palatable. Time goes by quickly which is a plus since exercise on a treadmill or rower can be monotonous. The tempo of the workouts, variety and level of excitement kept me coming back!

I went there once for trial class but my boyfriend goes there regularly and I can definitely see changes in him. It is a small place but equipped with excellent exercising machines. What makes it stand out are their instructors. It is expensive, but worth it.!

This is the only fitness program I've ever been excited to do. The team in Norwalk does a wonderful job motivating you to do your best. One of the best decisions I made this year was starting classes here.

I was a "drop in" visitor from out of town (I'm not a regular OT go'er) - great studio. Well lit, clean and well spaced out equipment, friendly community, and a high energy coach. Nice seeing a mix of women and men of different ages and stages in life.
