I have been a member for 5+ years and I can honestly say I still love it. The coaches, staff and members in Norwalk are all great, and the workouts are actually fun. I can’t see myself going to another gym!

Prior to joining Orangetheory I’ve never committed long term to a fitness routine. That is until now! I’m hooked. The staff is great! An incredible sense of community and encouragement every time I walk through the door. I highly recommend Orangetheory Norwalk 😊 …

The Orange Theory workouts and community has truly bright my fitness to a new level. The cardio and strength components make this workout dynamic and effective. You are In and out in one hour, mixing treadmill, rower, and strength work with dumbbells, bosu balls, bands, benches, medicine balls and more. Every day is different and all the coaches are upbeat and play fun music. I love that you can track your heartrate and progress using heart rate monitors and the app that keeps track of your personal achievements. I’ve made so many friends there, too. In Norwalk, we are a community, which is super important to staying accountable and having fun! Just come abs try it and I promise you will get addicted!

While OTF Ridgefield is housed in a former Radio Shack building, there is nothing obsolete about the space or the philosophy. The coaches are positive, helpful, and engage all members with healthy doses of their deep knowledge about health and fitness. A + for this OTF location.

4.5 stars! My only complaint is the price. Other than that, the classes, coaches, community, and environment is 5 star!

I would give this location 0 stars if possible. I signed up at this studio after taking a break during COVID. My normal home studio was closed when I called so I had to sign up with Norwalk. During the sign up process I was very clear that I do not live in Norwalk and will not be attending this studio, I was assured I could use it at my actual home studio: Danbury. Turns out it won't let me book past my billing date since it's not my "home studio". Which means I can't book next week for instance. I called Norwalk and was told to call Danbury every time I want to book a class, that is ridiculous! Who has time for that? The reason we all love Orangtheory is because of the flexibility the apps offers which is now impossible to use for me. The Norwalk studio refused to work with me and allow me to cancel and resign with Danbury without charging me $175 for 30 days. Connor was very dismissive and this studio lacks serious customer service. The gave me wrong information in order to get me to sign and refuse to do the right thing by their clients. I even reached out to their Corporate offices and they refused to help. I simply want to book at my real home studio easily. MEMBERS BEWARE DO NOT SIGN UP HERE. Never once had an issue using the Danbury membership at any studio this only happens with the Norwalk location.

It’s been two weeks since I joined and I loved every class. Each instructor has been incredible. I love that the classes are small so the instructor has enough time throughout the workout to interact with each person multiple times. I highly recommend you give it a try! The first class is free and they give you a great orientation. I forgot to add that the music is 🔥! Where can I find the playlist!?

Great workout! The Norwalk coaches are motivating, staff is friendly, and the fellow members are fun to workout with. Never thought group fitness would be my thing but I recommend giving it a try.

The instructors are amazing! However the girl who works in the front desk on the weekends has a miserable attitude and if she shouldn’t bring that vibe to the studio. Furthermore she also lied when I signed up that there was a Month free-promotion. So unprofessional. Just suggestion! But I do love the instructors.

Great Facility. Excellent staff who’s knowledgeable and caring of their members health. Clean throughout the gym. Large locker rooms that allow social distancing.
