Super good experience when it comes to working out! The large workout areas are great to tackle all your fitness needs. It can get busy at times so I would also suggest going after 9pm or from 4am-8am if you want the whole gym to yourself!

Took a tour today. The facility seemed clean and, while busy, there seems to be enough equipment for everybody. I didn’t notice any smell as mentioned in some other reviews. My man Preston was very helpful with the sign-up process and transparent about any fees I would be charged. Very excited to start training at this location!

Overcrowded, scammy, unhelpful customer service. Wife and I used to go a lot and then they got overcrowded. Tried to cancel my plan and they made me pay a “rate lock” fee of $55 when I’m cancelling. This company just has issues and wants your money while providing a very average service. Check other gyms before signing up here because the process of cancelling was painful and insanely apathetic

I had to get a new debit card number because even after I was out of my contract and I told them I wanted to cancel my membership they still continued to charge me. Their machines are always broken or out of order they charge you a maintenance fee every so often so if you take that into account you're really not paying as little as they tell you your monthly payment is. I'm not sure what they do with the maintenance fee money but using it to keep the equipment maintained and in working order is definitely not a priority of theirs!

I’ve been a member at this gym for 3 1/2 years. Zumba classes are AMAZING, especially by Liz. Dance fitness is great too. Other classes are a great selection as well, with skilled instructors. You can show up halfway through most classes and join in. Lifting equipment is great and the vibe is encouraging with how many strong men/women are a part of the gym. Sauna amenity is great. Things to know about the gym, the desk employees are sub-par at best. They often give off the vibe that you’re interrupting their day, depending on who you talk to. Read the contract, for the first year you have to stay without them if you don’t want a fee. There is an equipment fee every year as well in addition to your monthly charge. Gym is busy so go during down times.

It's a great place to work out! It gets WAY busy during peak hours but if you can time it right there is a very good range of equipment and weights to use!

If they are taking away most of the 4:30pm classes, we will no longer be paying for the gym. That's the only thing that made it worth it. I see that there is only one fitness class on Mondays at that time. It really makes me sad that there is no Zumba schedule on Wednesday at 4:30 or high fitness at that same time on Thursdays. Please fix this. I hope it's not a permanent change.

Of all their locations, this is the nicest one. That said, it’s still the lesser of all evils. During peak hours, it’s impossible to find a parking space or, if you do, to actually work out. Avoid going into the bathroom if you can, as it’s perpetually disgusting. Machines that break stay broken for weeks or longer. If they cared about anything beyond packing as many people into a space as possible they’d open more locations to reduce stress on the existing gyms and allow people to actually work out. If there’s a viable alternative, take it.

Terrible gym/Slash company that run's it. If you end up wanting to cancel your membership they will make it as hard as possible for you to cancel. Good Luck... In our case we canceled our membership in the year of 2020 when Covid Pandemic began. Because Vasa closed it's gyms during that time and we didn't really enjoy going to their facility anyways.Apparently now we are getting calls from a collection agency on behalf of VASA they are trying to charges for last three years even though we canceled our account and even moved since that time. Just terrible experience, this gym will not last a long time if they treat their costumers this way.

Horrible experience ever!I called the customer service in June to freeze my account, and I stopped going there since them. On Dec. 14 I got an attorney email about my $320 overdue balance, so I called them they said they failed to collected money from my account for 6 months so they had to forward my VASA account to PLLC Aldous& Associates. I NEVER get any notification before that!The membership representative said they tried to call, leave me VOICE message a couple of times and text message , and that is NOT TRUE!I would deal it as soon as possible just like this time! The funny part was, the Associate notified me though email, but VASA didn’t contact me through email at all!
