Old worn out equipment. Takes forever to repair damaged equipment, and some of the good equipment that used to be available on the floor has since been locked in the personal trainers area which is not accessible unless you pay for a trainer. What does the $50 annual equipment/maintenance charge goto if they aren’t replacing/fixing equipment?

I highly recommend my personal trainer—Trish Conklin! she’s very knowledgeable about the weekly workout tailored for me, explaining the benefits I derive—I really trust the routine she chooses, also; Trish is an effective motivator & just an all-around friendly / personable trainer that I am happy to know & have assigned to me—i’m thankful to Jim King for this! I feel that we make a great team! I have learned a lot of new exercise routines, too; each week she keeps my private session ‘fresh’, challenging, & rewarding! I really look forward to my work out and it’s an essential ‘appointment’ that I schedule for my overall health and convenience. Best investment that I’m happy to have decided upon for 2019!

This gym is amazing! I love the classes, the inexpensive child care, and the friendly faces that I see when I walk in. Someone always greets me. I highly recommend the classes like spin and zumba. They also have a section for abs and lifting. It is so inexpensive and much better than Planet Fitness.

Front desk staff is to the point, and don't bother you. They get you in quickly so you can get your workout started. Plenty of equipment for everyone to work out on. Very cool environment for someone like me that is just starting out in the gym. Very clean as well.

Great workout atmosphere. Plenty of equipment to go around. Playland with loving staff. Cardio theater for us who always need to be entertained. Front desk staff always warm and welcoming. Family feel

It's the all in one gym I was looking for, they even have a movie cardio room! Yoga/Spinning classes, sauna, personal trainers and more.

The spin instructor Karen is extremely rude and unprofessional. She is starting to leave a bad taste in a lot of people's mouths unfortunately :(

Came to sign up, front desk girl refused to show me the gym, would only try to sell me a 10$ one day pass. Lost my and my friends business right there and then

Great gym, lots of different machines and different workouts to do. Great customer service from all of the employees
