I actually like this location, the only issue I have is that it is not a 24 hour gym, like the previous one I went to before. I work overnights so when I want to work out they are closed. Considering looking for another gym because I dont feel like I can get enough use out of this one with my current schedule.

Decent facility, however they claim to be open 24 hours when you sign up but when you go to start working out you find out for yourself the 24 hours isn’t everyday. Monday through Thursday only is 24 hours. Misleading I would not have got this membership if I knew that.

Recently moved to the Strongsville, Ohio area, figured I'd try this location out. Been here for 3 weeks and today when I walked into the gym i went to scan in and one employee was on the phone and grabbed the scanner and threw it behind the counter so I couldn't scan in so I had to walk to the other side and ask the other employee if she could scan me in because the other lady had a bad attitude for whatever reason and tried to take it out on me I asked a male employee for the girls name up front to avoid confrontation and other possible problems and he gave me a hard time about what their name was and kept asking what do you need it for I cant give that to you so after my workout today I will be cancelling my membership at this gym it's already bad enough to be a member here more less have staff treat you disrespectfully

Always very clean...Staff is friendly. They ensure all cleaning stations are stocked with paper towl and sanitizer. Will be visiting this Planet Fitness more often especially since it is close to my place!

The managers matt and angelica are horribly unprofessional. They are rude and condescending. Matt said "if you don't like it here then just leave"...Angelica laughed and said "yeah leave" like she was in 7th grade. They make that club very unprofessional. Hire better people. I always tell people not to go there. The Brunswick and North Olmsted clubs are amazing.

The staff is great and the location is always clean! But having gone to different planet fitness locations, this one is just a weird set up and is too small. I am not sure if there is much to do to fix it but the layout just doesn't work.

I came from Ohio City PF which as I understand is under the same franchise.The Strongsville location is terrible! It’s dark, it’s too small, it’s doesn’t flow well. There’s only one good tanning bed and there are no chairs in the tanning rooms. So you can’t put you shoes on. You have to wipe down the tanning beds yourself. The fact that it’s has little natural like makes it fell dirty.Ohio City is open and bright and the staff is amazing! They’re friendly and helpful. Their location is pristine.I will not return to this location.

This place really needs updated. No where except a drinking fountain to fill water bottles, pretty sad! Machines are very worn. Locker room is very small, you can't pass in the hallway not enough room for two people. Whomever owns this place should put some money back into it like all the other places do. Thanks

Pros: The place itself is nice. Staff is friendly. And it's pretty clean. Good variety of equipment . Can't beat $10/month.Cons: Small, cramped, not open 24/7, small locker rooms, water fountain only (no refill station), gets too crowded (which wouldn't really be a problem if everybody used their machines, then moved on - but there is easy too much sitting on machines while staring at phones going on)

Don't go to this place if you like to workout and use free weights. They do not have much free weights at all. The Strongsville planet fitness will ring an alarm if you do not put the weights down quietly. It's not really a real gym and should be called fantasy fitness.
