I would of thought for Strongsville this location would be more big and "Boujee." Odd set-up and underwhelming Black Card Spa area. I am guessing this is a franchised location because it reminds me of the Rocky River location which is. This is just a very basic PF. The location is very clean and that's probably because it is a franchise. Nothing special about it but it will serve it's purpose. The special one is in Avon.

Good place to workout, people of all ages there. Wish the lockers were bigger and more than 1 stall in the bathroom would be nice, but since I live practically down the street it's not that big of deal.

If you want to be safe from covid-19, DO NOT come here. I used to love this gym and recommended it to all my friends, but not anymore. Most members walk around without a mask and some don't clean their equipment after usage. About 20% of members actually wear their mask at this facility, which is saddening. When a person breathes without a mask, the distance that the virus can spread have been seen to be over 20 feet. If you wear a mask and the other person nearby you is not, there is a 45% chance that you will get covid-19. Considering how small and poorly ventilated this gym is, the chances of catching covid here are definitely higher.The staff is aware of the no mask situation as they interact with these members frequently. On the PF website, it claims that masks are mandatory at all PF locations, but the staff hasn't done a single thing to enforce these mask mandates (unless you include taping papers on the wall where no one will see them, requesting people to be "cleansiderate").I wish the staff actually enforced the mask mandates by verbally reminding members to keep a mask on. I understand that it may not be an easy conversation, but it needs to be done to ensure our gyms remain open throughout the year.

According to their website, planet fitness requires masks at all locations. You wouldn’t be able to tell at the Strongsville location. About half of the people there were not wearing a mask at all, and good number of those who were wearing one were not wearing it properly. The staff clearly doesn’t care at all. Thankfully my home club requires masks and regularly checks to ensure that everyone is wearing one and wearing it correctly. I won’t be back to the Strongsville club and I can’t say I recommend it to anyone who cares about their safety.

For those who are concerned about masks. There are 6 exceptions. One being, “ The individual is actively engaged in exercise in a gym or indoor facility so long as six or more feet of separation between individuals exist.”99% of the time the people at Planet Fitness are either 6 feet apart or wearing masks. Sure, there are a few exceptions but it is nearly never the rule.If you don’t like the exception to the mask mandate I suppose you could #stayhomeohio or wear a mask.Besides the mask Karen’s, there’s little to complain about. This is a great gym for most people. Good quality equipment in comparison to the other PFs in the area. They have enough equipment that I have nearly never waited. Clean facilities.I wish there was a rowing machine.

This place is awesome, great working staff, plenty clean, and great community

I've been to the restroom before it's a nice ones that they take care of it they keep it clean lots of sterilization many machines to work on the run and I do have the black membership so I can use the massage chairs and all the extra things I tan in the Sun but I can Tan in the tanning bed if I choose to

It is always very clean here in Strongsville. I find the staff to always be nice and helpful. I like the variety of machines and can get help with my workout. I never feel intimidated there as I have at other places. The price you can't beat!

Alwayes enjoy working out there. I had a back injury and with their machinery, I was able to get stronger. They have everything you need in order to get yourself back in shape. On the app they have certain workouts to keep you in shape. The black membership is great for travelers like me. You can use it at all their gyms. In all I love my gym and will not go anywhere else.

Awesome friendly staff. Fully functional machines and clean environment. Staff is very good about keeping things stocked and regular cleaning schedules. Recommend to anyone.
