If I could give them zero stars I would my wife has been using my membership cause I let her cause it has been taken out of her bank account now the people on day drive at planet fitness will not let her use it even she is paying for it I am canceling this awful service

I find it EXTREMELY frustrating that the staff doesn’t monitor the circuit areas. I hate that patrons go in and they don’t follow what you are actually supposed to do. NEWS FLASH PEOPLE THEY HAVE THE SAME MACHINES OUT ON THE FLOOR USE THEM INSTEAD OF USING THE ONES IN THE CIRCUIT!! Then don’t get mad when I “kick you off” in the middle of your rep because you’re on my next machine. I always want to go in and do the circuits but because the staff doesn’t actually enforce the rules it’s impossible to actually have the “full body” workout.

Clean facility with a ton of equipment for a fair price. Their parking lot has holes deep enough to ruin your car. Worse than any road in Parma and that's saying something

My first day I can to this PF with my 15 years old because she want to come with me don't want to stay home and the girl didn't want her to sit inside to wait for me just because I don't have a black card make no sense to me why get a black card just to please you if I don't have anyone to come workout with me woow now I'm talking my daughter home and come back again so nice bad welcoming

Ok work out business, but if your 50+ you better know, those employees are not working, very rude, and fast to try to degrade you. Both Parma locations the worse being the new location. Horrible! They have no skills, and it shows. They stand around gossiping, laughing and making fun of people. Wow, I now try to have my tab fob to check in so I don't have to talk to anyone there. Horrible!!!

I liked it here but the staff are not really helpful. I wanted upgrade my card to the black card because I was in Willoughby and my mother wanted to work out with me. I called and asked how to do it. Sarah told me I had to drive back to Parma 45 minutes to upgrade my card (incorrectly information) i didn’t want to do that in the middle of rush hour. After explaining how far I am from this location she kept insisting this was the only way and there was nothing she can do. So I asked if I could do it online since that is how I signed up for planet fitness in the first place then she says “ oh yeah I forgot to tell you that you can do it like that.” She also told me I was billed this month so my changes to my account will not happen to next month. Billing due dates are the 17 not the 14 according to Tim the manager. Wrong information again. Tuesday I came to workout and was told by the location I went to with my mom that when I go to my home gym to let them know I need a upgraded card. I went in scanned my card and let Katie know I need a new card she asked why. I told her my card is upgraded. She must have been having a bad day because she scanned the card and left it on the counter and stepped back no words or anything. I wasn’t sure if that was it so I just put the new card on my keychain and I think she could tell I was confused but I just walked away. Now I have two key cards not sure if the other one still works or not. I called today because I seen the charge hit my bank account when I spoke to Sarah she said I was already billed . Tim confirmed the billing dates are the 17th not 14 then proceeded to tell me maybe I misunderstood or Sarah misunderstood the question. It’s hard to misunderstand “When is the next billing date”? Which I was told “you were already billed this month. So then he says well maybe you misunderstood. Sir it’s not rocket science it’s not difficult to understand a answer to a question you asked. Instead of saying hey my employee gave you the wrong information sorry you act as if the customer didn’t understand. Work on your customer service skills.Update **District manager was very apologetic and understood the issue. Mark you are a perfect example of what a manager should be and how to handle situations.

Overall not bad, but could you please fix the urinals in the men's locker room? One is always out of order with a bag over it and the other one is over flowing with urine. Not always able to get into one of the stalls either so this has been an inconvenience and disgusting. Seems to be an issue since I joined last year.

I go here very often but the machines that get broken stay broken forever before they're fixed. Not to mention that there's only few of each machine (some just 1) and when they're broken it makes a huge impact during the busy period .It doesn't have all the equipment that I would like it to either, but it's ok for basic workouts.

It was my first time going and the welcome was a bit colder than expected (a warm welcome was expected based on reading about the gym), but that's neither here nor there. The entire place was clean which is a big plus for me.
