I love this location! The staff is awesome especially Dennis and I like how much equipment and updated things that they have including the spa area. The staff keeps everything clean and they’re always available when you need them. Keep up the great work Brookpark staff!

The staff of Planet Fitness for the most part leave you alone and let you do your workout. They don't bother you unless you ask them for help. They have everything you need at Brookpark to exercise and get the job done. Even though they are in a period of construction and right now the facilities aren't 100%. It's still a great place to work out. The staff is very friendly and the head honcho Mark, is a really good guy that genuinely cares about his staff and the gym members. Out of all the planet fitnesses I've been to the one in Brook Park is my favorite.

Good gym but absolute jerks if you try to cancel your membership. They will not allow you to cancel and will continue to take your money monthly. I had to close a bank account in order to stop Planet Fitness taking automatic payments from my bank account. They don't seem to care either when you talk to management.

I cancelled my PF membership MONTHS ago and the woman at the front desk did not turn my signed form in so I have been getting charged since. When I called to speak with the manager he was unprofessionally rude and called me a liar. He would not process my refund. I had to call my bank and block planet fitness. My bank informed me there have been a lot of unknown transactions with PF customers and that they are not processing their customers refunds. I will never utilize this gym service again. Their management and staff services were rude and highly unprofessional. So glad I moved my services to Esporta.

Always a very friendly staff. In fact, the friendliest that I’ve encountered in our area’s Planet Fitness clubs!Also, the Brook Park club itself is fantastic. Especially beautiful with the recent renovations. Very roomy, welcoming, sleek, and clean. They make constant efforts to keep everything in great shape. Thank you for everything!

Went at 4 AM and was very swell especially with the low crowd. The way all the equipment is organized is pretty nice compared to other PF's I've been to. Machines and washrooms are well kept. Overall a good planet fitness. Maybe turn the music down just a bit.
