On today approx.5 I went to use the ladies room and was told that it was closed which I didn’t mind waiting. 15mins later I decided to check if they were opened as I saw the men walked their restrooms. I asked the women whom always wears a black jacket if I can use the restroom as I have been waiting patiently. In which she responded “well we aren’t open” then I was upset at this response because I am a paying customer and have been coming here for a while now consistently. I proceeded to ask her “where can I use the bathroom?”. Then she said “You can go to the Macdonald's”. I was furious with this response. Denying a paying customer of using the restroom especially when the men were able to use the restroom without any problem. Not only is this an issue but every time the young adults work, no hand sanitizing dispensers are full nor the disinfected sprays. To make matters worse instead they are constantly talking with each other and using their cellular devices. Correct me if I’m wrong but I didn’t know people get paid to chit chat and be on their phones. The only thing I love about this gym is the older lady who is there in the mornings. She’s constantly walking around making sure everything is clean, neat, and prepared for there guests. She’s the only reason why I’m giving this place a 3 star.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent gym! Super friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. Super clean and sanitary. Non judgemental environment and lots of classes, programs and trainers to help assist you with your fitness goals. I've never been to a gym and the staff/trainers were available and happy to help walk me thru and show me how and where to start and continue to work me me to meet my goals at no extra cost! Everything is continuously cleaned and sanitized to provide a safe work out environment and there's plenty of parking to make coming and going a breeze! I would definitely 100% recommend!!! Even if you have no prior gym experience between the app and the staff you are guaranteed to find a routine and pace that's right for you.

The staff here is amazing, everyone is super friendly and is attentive to any concerns expressed as well as keeping the gym clean. However my main reason for 1 star is that this gym is literally falling apart. I come here 4 days a week and every week there is a part of the ceiling missing, water is leaking from the ceiling, weights are missing, the water machine is broken, etc.... this is literally a safety hazard and inspections needs to come here immediately. I’ve tried getting a corporate number or contact owner personally but no number or information is given so unfortunately this review is up for the public. I really enjoy the location of the gym and I hope attention to these concerns can be met.

This is what you get for 10 bucks a month.Water leaks on top of the tvs. Water leaks in the locker rooms. Well it is what it is but if you have the black card for 20 a month…..well you get the same

I recently upgraded my membership so I could use the gym on Tunnelled Rd in North Bergen as well as the gym nearer my job in NYC. These three photos are just feet from each other, three machines I wanted to use but were either out of order or in serious need of repair. I am totally disappointed in the upkeep of this gym and upset with myself for not checking out this shoddy excuse for a workout area.

PEOPLE !! stop complaining! It’s only $10 a month ( you pay about 50 cents in each visit or less ) what are you expecting??I love my planet fitness

I've been a member of Planet Fitness for years, and have been to multiple locations in New Jersey and New York. This is by far the cleanest and biggest one I've been to. It actually makes me want to come here and work out! Plenty of parking all the time (it's on the bottom floor and shares only with the Chuck E. Cheese).

I have to agree with Ben it's sad the way they treat their customers.Their equipment is so old and useless it's sad.Not only that the owner is so incredibly cheap that he decided to piggyback in a gym he wasn't legal capacity to handle the membership.He could have easily partnered with several other gyms in the area to see to it that his clientele was taken care of and he didn'tInstead pocketed the members money he has insurance so he pocketed that to on the backs of the people who pay. Terribly disgusting Behavior.The staff are marginal at best no winning attitude no winning staff and no winning equipment I just don't get it how business happens for these people.Such a disappointment damage already done. Sad.

Great 👍 Gym. For $10 bucks a Month it can't be beat! It's also the CLEANEST GYM I've been to so far. Plenty of room to workout. Staff is Nice and easy going. I highly recommend Planet Fitness!🖖😃 …
