I signed up for black card membership in the club and the sales guy did not clearly communicate about how we can close our account. My online app showed the monthly payment cycle as 17th of each month, so I closed the account on 15th. This time they said I have to pay for the following month because the billing cycle is finalized by 10th.They are not 100% transparent to the customers. I called them later to talk to the manager and she was not ready to hear my concern.Lastly, I was told that the black card membership gives you trainer as well however no one told us how to access that benefit.I couldn't respond to the owner's response so here is the response.Hi there, you surely do miscommunicate/hide the policies in a way that makes the customer think that the sales guys have disclosed everything verbally during the signup process but in reality, you dont. Even your app shows the billing cycle at 17th.

It has been 3 days and no soap in the bathroom. Talked to the staff and says machine is broken. Nobody refilled the soap and machine works just fine. Please do not do this

Has a membership for years but do to an ankle injury I was not able to continue going. I was ready to go back but to my shock they close at 10pm?!?! What happened to 24/7? How do I cancel my membership?

I was going to come back to this location but after reading the current reviews none of the concerns that are months old have been addressed, sad because it's so conveniently located to me. Retro fitness it is I guess.

They close at 10 instead of being a 24 hour gym compared to their sister Hoboken location that’s open 24 hours. When I initially started my membership here, it was open 24/7. This is why I joined to begin with.

If you want to motivate, renew and revamp your body, soul and mind this is the place to go since it has lots of workout spaces n machines. I always see the staff cleaning and attentive.

Horrible customer service. Attempted to cancel even with respect to to their guidelines. But this is FRANCHISE and NOT CORPORATE! They do not respect their clients. Corporate does offer courtesy to clients in specific cases and I do fall within those lines but not for NORTH BERGEN OR their "manager"
