Very overcrowded. Hard to get a decent workout in when all the machines are taken. Tried coming during the day and it was still overcrowded.

Trainers who do RED Studio and RED Restore are great, but the front people who check you in or hit or miss. Some don’t know any membership questions, give half answers.

Great Gym with ample space and equipment. Attendance is a bit high volume but everybody wants a good gym experience so that’s the reason for that
