Great place. Clean. Crowded. So many people sitting on equipment and texting. I waited 25 minutes to use a machine whilst a dude just sat on it texting. This is the new norm. Put some posters up imploring people to text anywhere but on equipment.

This place is awesome after being at Experience for 3yrs then for them to close on us. I'm happy I've found a gym I love it has everything for a reasonable price . Thank again Vasa team for making ppl feel welcome.

!! BEWARE !! WATCH OUT! KEEP YOUR MONEY!This gym had so much promise and potential, but has declined rapidly in quality since opening.You walk in, expecting a gym, and find a zoo instead. It's as packed as a can of sardines. And their idea of customer service? Ha! You'd get a better response from a brick wall.-Often Crowded Gym With Awful Customer Service.The parking lot? Forget about it. With more holes than a block of Swiss cheese and barely any spots during busy times, it's a total nightmare.-Parking Lot is filled with potholes and little parking space during peak hours.The people at the front desk are as friendly as a snapping turtle. It's like they went to a school to learn how to be mean.-Rude Front Desk Staff.Management? It's a circus, and the clowns are in charge. It's a mess from top to bottom.-Very Poor Management.And don't get me started on the contract and bills. They'll charge you for this, that, and the other thing. They'll take your money faster than a magician in a magic show. Always read the fine print!-Unethical Contract & Billing practices.Please carefully read through the contract before you sign. You will be upcharged and billed MORE money for cancellations, late fees, equipment fees, and whatever fees they are in the mood to give you :)Oh, and if you've got a problem, don't hold your breath waiting for help. Don't expect your issues to be resolved efficiently from staff or the number they give to contact customer service.Avoid this gym like a kid avoids vegetables. It's just not worth it.Crazy how such a promising gym can be ran so poorly

VASA. Please please please add more equipment. The gym is insanely packed from 4pm to 8pm and with all the new members the revenue is most certainly there. If you are going to sign up as many people as walk though the door no matter how busy the gym gets, we need more equipment. Ppl are waiting 15 minutes just to get on equipment (any equipment)Most high utilized equipment that could use additional pieces:-seated leg extensions (have 2, should get 2 more)-pec dec (have 2, should get 2 more)-dumbells definitely need 1 more set of the 20-50 pound dumbells-hammer strength iso lateral row (have 1 need 1 more)-Life fitness dual adjustable pulley towers. (have 3 could use 3 more)-squat racks in "power" area should be room to add at least 2 more-workout mats. the original mats from the grand opening are torn and tattered. They have started to replace them, but with the influx of Xperience members definitely could use more

VASA, you should fix the potholes in your parking lot. I went today to check out your gym and fell into a pothole and twisted my ankle...I drove thru your parking lot and it seems you have many potholes, I strongly suggest to fix em before someone else gets seriously injured. I had read reviews about the potholes, didn't think they were true, til today. I also read about high fees after you sign up and I'm wondering if that is true too (gotta do my homework on it tho).Otherwise the facility is nice and clean, liked what I saw so far but still shopping around for new gym.

overall, this place is great. nice equipment. friendly staff. clean and well maintained.i am a displaced xperience member.my only “complaints” (if you can call them that) are that there are some pieces of equipment that xperience had that i used all the time that vasa doesn’t have. torso rotation, weighted ab crunch, and high row machine to name a few. xperience opened at 4am which worked much better with my weekday schedule. vasa is a lot further away from my house so the drive time and the fact they open an hour later is a challenge. the only other issue is that they are very crowded on saturday mornings and don’t have enough dumbbells or floor space to accommodate everyone.edited to add: none of my "complaints" are a reflection on vasa. just commentary on my experience so far.

Very well equiped gym. Very busy but big enough that that doesn't really mean you're waiting on stuff much. The sauna is very nice but should be turned up hotter. Bit mild for a sauna

Very clean and state of the art equipments. New gyms will always be crowed but everyone gets their turn. Wish it really open at 4am like the majority of The Vasa gyms.
