I started coming here at 14 and have been coming for a year now the staff are really nice never had a problem with anyone there or even felt uncomfortable everyone respects each other great for teens like me

Very clean, friendly staff, and almost all types of equipment you can think of are here.Their lessons are always fantastic.The workout is always amazing.

Been coming here for over a year and a half. Equipment is well maintained, staff is helpful and friendly, and the message chairs alone are worth the black card memberships.

The music is atrocious and makes me want to leave every time.. and it’s so loud gives me a headache. It’s like bad country pop or old alternative rock. Some regular upbeat edm would do just fine

This facility has the worst customer service you could ever imagine. I joined planet fitness so I can have an extra gym when I travel. When I first joined in at this facility they gave me the wrong membership and they make me paid extra for the membership. When I went ahead and fix the problem they ended up oh me $40 that on till now I have not yet received and I have to cancel this membership due to bad business from their end. I believe that the owner is a thief and I’m sure I’m not the first person that this has happened to. Messages and it don’t do a membership at this gym.

Ran to the gym and accidentally left my phone at home. My wife and 1year old baby was home and a really bad storm was approaching. I asked front desk if I could use the phone to confirm they were ok and advise where I was at in case of an emergency. I was told by GM that it was against company policy to use the phone. Of course I wanted to get upset...and rather than the GM turning their back she offered me to use her cell phone. Really happy to see someone think outside the box. It was really appreciated and thankful she did. Great Job and Thank you Again

Over all nice big gym. Never too packed and plenty of machines to work your whole body. The got massage chairs if you pay extra to upgrade the membership. Only thing there is no free bench press, just the ones that restrict your movement to a linear direction. Another pull up bar or two wouldn't hurt either. Great 24/7 gym if your schedule allows you to only work out at night.

I was member for a couple years PF. I had a baby last year and tried to keep my membership to work out at least a couple days in a week. But I couldn't make it because no time with baby. I went there to cancel my membership. She canceled my membership with my electronic signature, she also called her manager on the phone to make sure everything went through.She told me that canceled.After 2 months I checked my bank statements, they were still charging me monthly membership. I called them 4 different times and they apologized every time and they said they will return my money back.They never called or returned my money back. It has been for several months.FOR NEW MEMBERS TO JOIN THINK ABOUT 2 TIMES BEFORE JOIN!!!Call your bank to dispute their unfair charge!

Had a phenomenal session today at the gym. It was tough, long but we'll worth it. I can see the difference in my body since returning back a few weeks ago. Though I felt spent, when I needed to catch my breath and take a short break I did just that. I did a few circles just walking. I thought it was heartfelt when one of their staffers Mike took a few moments to acknowledge my initiative while I was sweating like there was no tomorrow barely out of breath to say "I can tell you are working hard." I took his words as an inspiration to continue my workout for and additional hour. Thank you kindly Mike for your pleasantly nice comments; it was right on time.

I didn't have much to comment about when I first used this location. I use this gym sometimes when I am staying downtown. My more recent visits (last few months), I've enjoyed my visits much more. The staff changed from a year ago and they are so friendly now, smiling and positive. It can be busy, depending on day/time, not too bad. Other members are friendly and courteous. Facility/machines are a bit older (than my home gym #9165) yet clean. Why not five stars? Wish they had a TRX station and a door to the hydromassage beds room (teeny bit awkward lol).
