Very clean a great staff. Unfortunately I dont work out too long due to the weather in there! I work out intense like and so I sweat. But it is so cold in there i end up freezing and not being able to deal

Best planet fitness I’ve been to around west palm, the layout is spacious especially the stretching and ab area, although I wish they had squat racks, I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Everyone has to wear a mask during this current pandemic, & everyone wipes down the machine they used before & after. So definetly was comforting to see so that I can focus on my work out & getting in & out without getting any time of covid or something.

Horrible Place, management is awful. They force you to wear a mask yet the employees don't wear one. Or at least they take exception to it. Don't wast your money! Poor management, and disrespectful. They certainly do not treat you like a customer or their client.

The lack of free weight is very negative to any gym and one of the staff members Elizabeth is extremely rude paying little attention to my needs and doesn't know how to communicate properly to resolve small issues involving card memberships. Everything was unnecessary and unpleasant.

In mid-March 2020 Planet Fitness in West Palm Beach closed due to the pandemic. I was told at the time that any re-opening of the gym would be announced via email, phone or both, and hearing nothing into July, I assumed that the gym was still closed. After their closing, I began receiving weekly emails from the gym providing information on work-outs indoors and I even received literature in the regular mail asking me to join, oddly enough. But there were no notifications that the gym would be reopening. In mid-July, I happened to run an errand at the Dollar Store next door to the gym and saw the parking lot full; I realized then that the gym had, in fact, reopened but without informing me. I also discovered that I was being charged membership dues for June and July but without my consent. I contacted the gym manager, and communicated how disappointed and irritated I was about not being not being properly notified (as promised) and about being charged for services not rendered. She indicated that they had sent me an email and that no refund would be processed. Searching through my email, I found none. There were no phone messages, and I received nothing in the regular mail. I canceled my membership due to the pandemic and filed a complaint with the BBB so that others would be aware of my experience with the gym. In the future l'll not consider rejoining because of their treatment of me in this case.

I recently moved to another state, so I went in person to cancel my membership since I can't do it over the phone. I just found another charge on my bank account. Apparently they either did not process or did not honor the cancellation form I filled out in person. They were legitimately stealing my money, and I will not ever be a member at another Planet Fitness. I had to call my bank to stop automatic withdrawals and mail a physical letter to PF for them to stop my membership (crossing my fingers that this works).Edit to respond to the owner reply: I wish you were as responsive, helpful, and competent in person or on the phone as you sound on Google.

I love the owner and ALL of the employees!They make me feel comfortable and happy to come work out. The facility and equipment are clean and if I ever look like I need help with the machines, they see it from afar and come to help me/my rescue. 100% professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They all make it feel like a second home.
