It is a good neighborhood gym. All new machines this week. No more torn seats . No more grips falling off. More equipment took away some of the stretch area, and mats as well. I do not quite understand that. Staff is outstanding

Literally one of the best gyms, I don’t understand the bad reviews. The app is helpful when knowing when there’s a lot of people or not and I use that to decide my time of day when going. I can walk in, find a machine or even go to the corner where the 30 minute workout machines are and get a good workout in and leave. Love this gym compared to my last few!

I see someone deleted my review. Someone please tell me about the cat with the mask that follows me around telling me i need to have a smaller bag. Waving in my face each day to get my attention. Who is this kid. And why hasn’t anyone commented on what i said the first time. I pay for this gym, it’s not like it’s free and it’s something just to “deal with”..

Signed up for the summer program and the staff would not allow my daughter to go to the gym without a drivers license, she’s 14 in private school. Very unprofessional when they said that even though she was signed up she could not participate in the free student sign up because she goes to private schools and had no school ID. My daughter was highly disappointed. Luckily I was able to go to a more professional location who understood the issue and was able to allow me and my daughter to work out together. I will NEVER go to this misguided unprofessional location again.

Good and cheap but for some reason I'm stuck with a 130 dollar fee and I thought there was no contract and that u can quit anytime with no feeAlways a catch

Two weeks ago I forgot my workout shoes “ON”. Cleaning lade in a changing room was so nice she has turned the shoes at the front desk. Two days later when I went to the gym to work out again she reminded me on my shoes and told me she turned them in at the front desk.It turned out the workout shoes could not be found, according assistant manager they throw all lost and found. My shoes were like brand new brand “ON” about $150 I am pretty sure somebody took them home. I asked the manager to call me when he get in. Two weeks later no returned phone call.My conclusion: if you forget anything don’t expect staff will keep it for you, even thou they have lost and found. I have been at this gym location” Dixie Hwy “since its opening, have a black membership and have not experienced anything like this in any other location.

I like how laid back Planet Fitness locations are - really do enjoy working out here - and the price is right too!

Friendly, helpful staff, never a wait, clean and comfortable. And the price is right!

There is no etiquette at the gym, members don’t wipe the machines down 1/2 the time. The staff try, but they can only do so much. The wait for the use of the weights is unacceptable and the high school kids that are there need to take classes on etiquette before they join.
