Mixed crowd. Mixed age group. Mixed everything. I love it. I can do my workouts and often learn some new ones from other members around me. Good vibes at this location. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I loved planet fitness, until the pandemic occurred. Once the gym closed I haven’t been back, but they went into my account. I caught the withdrawal and spoke with a manager about a refund . I haven’t been in the gym for months . The manager told me I would get a refund well it’s over a month and I’m still going back and forth about my money ! I received a email and the owner was no help either. I’m truly disappointed with how I was treated. Customer service is pivotal during trying times. I hope no one experiences this type of issue . No one has money to just give away. At least I don’t . You get what you pay for cheap price cheap unsatisfying service. I called the gym like I was informed to do and an employee named JD helped me and listened an that is truly appreciate no matter the outcome

Got buzzed while most of the other patrons were slamming weights long before I got in, when I went to cancel my membership the employee squared up on me then followed me out into the parking lot. Informed corporate, they were going to put me in touch with their regional who did call but from an unknown number I couldn't even call back. I've had ongoing problems with the new staff and management/other patrons for the last year or so and would just go home feeling frustrated. Just joined another gym in the area and am already feeling better. Don't even waste your time with this franchise location.

The gym is nice and clean, but it has limits with weights as to goes up to 70 pounds for dumbbells, and up to 60 pounds for curl barbells.A lot of gym members still don't follow protocol such as wearing masks and cleaning the machines after use.2 more disadvantages that you cannot bring your gym bag to the gym's floor, and if your water bottle doesn't fit in any machine bottle holder, you are not allowed to bring with you to the gym.The gym staff were bothering me about my gym bag and my 3 litters water gallon that I use during workout.At the end, the gym membership monthly fee is not everything, you have to consider other factors when you sign up with planet fitness.

Love this place. I can put in my earbuds and get physical, psychological, and spiritual workout all in one.

The facility is clean and the staff is friendly and the music's not too loud. My black card membership includes massages and Tanning for a reasonable price that I can afford. It's an all together awesome experience

The customer service and professionalism is horrible. The young ladies that answer the phone screen each call with an interrogation instead of providing the assistance that was requested. The problems i have had have been over month now. I was supposed to be refunded after being wrongly charged when i haven’t used that gym this year. I thought I was being patient, i get insulted and treated like less than a paying customer. I was lied to, and the phone was slammed down in my ear. The gym is always clean and the front desk personnel are always friendly! The only issue is last time I went none of the cleaning stations had paper towels to use to wipe down the machines. Other than that, great place to work out!

Michael the General Manager and JD at the front desk were super awesome! Michael gave me a tour and answered my questions about the equipment I need to reach my fitness goals. JD took care of my membership and engaged in pleasant conversation while doing so. Both guys were extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. They both made me feeI very comfortable. The equipment is up to date and it is a very clean facility. I am looking forward to being a member. Great customer service is essential for businesses like these and these gentlemen most definitely have it!

Affordable 24 hours workout facility. The equipments are in good clean condition, you'll also find a diverse group of people here.
