Awesome, friendly staff. About double sets of dumbbells so you’re not waiting around for a pair👍 The gym is clean and has ample disinfectant sprays for machines and showers.More than enough machines that are well spaced and in great condition. I appreciate the safety of smith machines, but I could’ve used an unattached Barbell for some bench exercises 😏 Overall awesome gym, and loved the 24/7 schedule,(currently 24/5 due to covid 11/29/2020.)

Just joined. It's 9 am and they're not opened even though they were supposed to be opened at 5. People are pulling up to enter and leaving.

Sales Person/ Employee Iesha Richardson has a poor attitude. I’ve only had two occasions with her and both times I have left the facility feeling uneasy and customer service is lacking.

I used to go to planet fitness. On march 2020 when the pandemic started I calle and requested to cancel my account, the associate I had talked to told me that I should 2 weeks prior to the due date. Then the next month I called early and that he mentioned that account would be canceled and there will be no more charge from planet fitness. I have a credit that I have not used since June 2020 and I am trying to pay it off, I realized my balance is rising, I go verified my account and I find out since august 25th , Planet fitness has been removing money from my account. Today 10/25/2020 at 12:45 pm, I called and talked to Mike about it to have the fee removed and he mentioned that the account can't be canceled over the phone and after a few question about why he hang up the phone on me while I was discussing my refund

Gym is usually hot during the daytime due the air conditioner being off. Staff rarely acknowledge you. Smaller gym. Always crowded, but it gets the job done I suppose.
