Good facility moderately equipped the rates are midrange for the available equipment and facilities. The staff seems very mid responding mostly when approached. There is a pop which is a huge plus.

As a really ugly guy with autism I can say It’s honestly a great gym , I just hate the fact that it’s so small , it can be 1am and since it’s small it looks like there’s a lot of people but in reality it’s not , good selection of equipment , I just wish they had for stairmaster machines , and I wish they had a neck curl machine

I’m a member. Love this gym. One of the few in NYC with a pool (but it is small; for laps or water aerobics only). The reason I gave 4 stars is because some of the amenities I paid for aren’t available because they’re out of order. That’s annoying because those extras are what I paid EXTRA for (jacuzzi and private steam rooms and water massage/LED facials). The trainers are A1 (I take Yoga with Michelle on Saturdays and Sundays. She is amazing and so is her fill in who does ballet. They have never made me feel bad if I can’t physically do a move, they take their time to talk to you if you need tips and they listen when you tell them a specific body part is hurting and you’d like to focus on it). The other staff is nice but a little unprofessional (they all have great attitudes but sometimes I find myself waiting around for them to finish their personal conversations so I can be helped or ask a question. But when they do get to me they have taken care of whatever I needed with no hassle). Other members I’ve encountered both women and men have been super cool & supportive as well. The locker rooms are clean, the gym is huge and offers so much plus I can bring my mom for free because of my plan.

Lockers are all permanently occupied. Occasionally signs are posted that locks are being cut. It's a lie. Locks haven't been cut for most of the year.

I went There on the morning of 9/7 , I tried to buy a bottle of water and asked to pay with Apple Pay, the girl at the sign in with glasses said they don’t have Apple Pay so I couldn’t get my bottle of water. I have paid here with Apple Pay before and they also have charged my card on file before from my account. She just didn’t want to work , standing there talking to two other female workers. The gym already isn’t very clean and has no lockers space and now terrible customer service , it’s like they’re trying to drive away customers at this point.

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM if you are looking to use the jacuzzi. Several times I called ahead and was told that the jacuzzi was open and when I arrived it was closed. Just yesterday, the exact same thing happened but when I arrived I saw the jacuzzi was in fact open and I was told that it would be opened for the day. After I worked out and showered and changed to go into the jacuzzi, the jacuzzi was closed and was told that the lifeguard had to leave due to a family emergency. You can guarantee that the jacuzzi at this location will be closed more often than in-service or you will be told it’s in-service and it will not remain that way. Other than the poor customer service from the staff and the jacuzzi issue, it’s a decent gym.

This is one of their better locations. However, last time I came here, there was a female front desk associate who was on something. She could barely talk a full sentence nor give us instructions on how to validate a parking pass.
