Updated 2023Found the hand sanitizer.The place is still clean and ready for you.Really wanted to use the hand sanitizing lotion, but this place must have missed out on all those.Most other PF have them everywhere.The place felt clean.The equipment is enough to get it done.The location is convenient.The crowd was there to work out.Overall, it was good 👍.

Worst location I’ve ever been to

Worst gym I've ever stepped foot in manger degrades women every time they walk by and the desk is always empty when im thereNot a safe place for women and there stand up beds are never cleaned they are j reset after every use

This facility use to be good had been a member since it basically opened never any issues with any employees ever and I will say there is a high turn over rate of employees at this particular facility especially within this last year not sure if it is due to financial or the mangement but when you allow an employee basically threaten and cuss at customer and not only to the customer but in front of the other customers cancel memberships of another member who was not even present and he is still employable with the company contradicts your mission statement employees are aloud to be rude and threatening to the customers and continue to be employed with a paycheck but a paying customer who has never had any issues in close to 10 years with any other of the multiple employees that currently work or have worked there is kicked out can I please see a mission statement and policy for that. Move on or at least do not entertain the planet fitness in Brook Park as they are not for the customers and will lie. [To the owner as I appreciate your prompt response the club manager was reached out to and personally spoken with as he sided and condoned his employees behavior approaching customers in a abrasive manner, verbally abusive and attempting to initiate a physical altercation and as said above this was witnessed in front of multiple customers ( who we have developed a good rapport with just being members for as long as we have that were in disbelief that this particular employee behaved and reacted this way )and employees that were in that facility that day and did nothing to de-escalate the situation if I was present I would of called the Brook park police and honestly what needed to be done, I cancelled my membership have joined another gym but in reading other reviews I need to watch my bank account not only because of the cancellation but this employee has access to all my personal information so in general would not feel safe going to any planet fitness as unsure of the hiring process and if criminal back ground checks are done]

Clean facility, opened on time early in the morning, up to date facility.

Brookpark location is more spacious in whole cleveland.

Friendly and helpful employees. It's a convenient & clean location. I absolutely LOVE the tanning beds! LOVE the benefits with the PF black card plus; world wide access.A few days into my trip I found myself needing a tanning boost, was able to squeeze in a quick session.What would make the PF black card plus even better is to have an option to pause the membership, instead of canceling.

Clean gym, easy parking.
